We were there Feb 8-16th and the first week was not that busy, but once Friday of the long weekend hit the hotel was crowded. It's also the last week of the Adventure Season so I think everyone had the same thing in mind by going the holiday week and the last of the lowest point season. We ended up getting a cabana our last two days and we are SOOOO grateful we did. There was not a chair to be had by 9am.
We booked our flights in August and got $489 a ticket from Phoenix. The flights did go up but came back down again until a month before the trip.
