Hello All!!​

Welcome to my first trip report. My name is Courtney, This is my family.

My boyfriends name is Haxel & that beautiful little girl is our 6 year old Deanna. We took this trip over her 6th birthday. It was a surprise for her.

We took this trip July 22nd - July 28th. Her party was on the 21st & thats when we told her about our plans!!

Here is a video, Dont mind my annoying voice lol. It cut off her reaction, but really it wasnt that great of one lol. I had other plans of surprising her but it didnt happen. So eh, next time I probably wont surprise lol.

We left Ohio July 22nd. We had some errands to run that morning. Me & the princess went to get our hair done, while daddy went to get a hair cut. Of course it would have to be raining that morning.

On our way to the air port, take off was at 1:10PM.

Here is Deanna waiting for H to get back from parking the car .

We get seated, get a snack & of course take some bathroom mirror pictures.

I hate flying, I get motion sickness & horrible anxiety. Deannas last time on a plane before this was before she can remember. So she was a little nervous. I kept calm & acted as if i was so excited lol. She did great on the plane.

Me & Snooks have been to Orlando once. visiting a friend, Who will appear at least once in this lol. We went to Magic kingdom & Animal kingdom once, we got a free park hopper pass. She was only 2 though, so we rode teacups & thats about it. So all of this was pretty new to us. Anyways, I forgot how huge this airport was! So much to see & do lol.

We followed the signs & headed towards the Magical Express!!

We get on the bus & of course as soon as we start driving away it starts to pour!

I can't wait to read more about your 1st trip! We are going on our 1st trip in December and my daughter will celebrate her 10th Bday while we are there and she has no idea we are even going.

We get to the hotel & It stops raining! Its so beautiful all around & we were way to excited!!

She was so surprised & in complete awe!

We did online check in, So we basically walked right up. Got our keys to the world, some maps & a few other random little things. It took us like 5 minutes, but we were starving, excited & tired, so we may have rushed it a little lol. As we were walking out to head to our room.. It started to rain! lol. So we bought an umbrella.

So we dropped off our luggage, Yes I was one of those who didnt want to leave it for them to bring later lol. We headed to the food court, It was still sprinkling. We were meeting up with one of my really good friends & her daughter. They live about 20 minutes away.

I didnt have time to take a picture of my baby girls food, she was so hungry by the time i came with drinks her food was practically gone! lol. She liked the pizza, she ate it probably everyday we were there. Me & My SO got cheese burgers. We were on the dining plan, but paid OOP for these meals. All was good with my burger, until about 3/4s through when i noticed a huge amount of pink. Blah, i dont like my cow Mooing, thanks!

After eating, we went to the gift shop! Of course that dang sugar candy caught their eyes! Deanna was so excited, she paid for it with her own money! lol.

Then my friend left & we headed to DTD!!

She was a bit excited!!

I was NOT expecting him to spit water at me, BTW! lol

We walked around some stores & headed towards the Harley Davidson store. Deanna got an icee & then we went into Goofys candy & got a Rice crispy treat.

Once we got back to the hotel, She decided she was hungry lol. So daddy went & got her MORE pizza. Then she got ready for bed! We had a LONG day ahead of us ..

We woke up at about 6:30 July 23rd. It was our FIRST park day & our babys SIXTH birthday! We were out of the hotel by 7. I had no desire to do my makeup & hair after my shower. Horrible, I know. Im so not a morning person, dont judge me lol.
Deanna got to Dress Ariel that morning in the gift shop!

We got to MK pretty quick, Im not sure the exact time but we were first in line for ADR's. We had BBB at 8AM & CRT at 9AM!
While waiting in line a Cast member noticed my daughters BDAY pin & brought her out to sing happy birthday. He grabbed a few other girls too!

BBB was amazing! We loved everything about it.

We were told to head to Castle Couture for pictures, but the park wasnt open & some guy freaked out on us. So we took some pictures outside of the castle.

Then we headed into our CRT breakfast. We got in about 15 mins early.

Snow white came out first!

Then we got our plate of pastry's.
The muffin was really good! Obviously, i had to stop myself from eating it all to get a picture.

Next was wishing time, It was super cute watching my daughter.

Then came some more princesses! I was less then impressed with Jasmine. She was a bit rude. Ariel was SOOOO amazing though!

Finally our food came out. I wasnt to thrilled about it. My eggs were runny, my bacon was a little under cooked & those potatoes would have been super good if they werent so salty. Me & H got the same thing, Deanna got french toast sticks.

We headed to the bathroom & then off to Castle Couture for pictures!

Then we were off to Fantasy land!

We were going to do peter pan first, but it was down.

So Its a small world was our first ride! I surprisingly loved it, lol. We ended up riding it about 4-5 times during our trip lol. Deanna loved it.

Once we got out of there, Peter Pan was back up! This ended up being my daughters favorite ride.

Ariel was next! We had gotten fast passes, I dont remember when lol. Our return time was 10:20-11:20. Once we got in there the ride was down, we had to wait about 10 minutes & then it was back up.

Of course you have to meet Ariel after the ride!!

Then it started to rain!

and I don't know what it is but it seems like 99% of the time interaction with Ariel is great ... maybe because she gets to be a little more "goofy" than the other princesses?

We pulled out our umbrella, because i didnt want babygirls hair to get messed up so soon! lol. We walked into the Circus tent shop.. I think thats what its called? walked around in there some & it started pouring down! We got Deanna a poncho & as soon as it stopped a bit we went to Dumbo! We played inside a bit. I sent my bf to the store to get us ponchos as well & then we rode dumbo! No pictures on the ride, because i didnt want my camera to get wet lol.

We were walking around & seen the line for Merida. It was long, but honestly looking at all the people who lined up after us.. I feel like our wait was okay lol. I think it was about 30ish minutes. Merida was AMAZING! Deannas skirt was messed up, So i tried to fix it before the Fastpass photographer took any pictures & i think Deanna was a bit embarrassed lol. So merida was playing around with her & goes "MOTHERS!" & like pats her dress down as well lol. It was so cute.

After Merida, We were practically starving. So we went to Cosmic Rays.

I got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. I wasnt feeling to well, It may have been the heat or just the fact i went so long with out eating. Idk, but i could hardly eat. I took a bite, ate some fries & the top of the bun lol. The carrot cake was okay. Haxel got The cheese burger & deanna got Chicken nuggets kids meal.

After we were done eating we went to Mickeys Philharmagic. This was something, i wasnt to sure i wanted to do. It was a "if we have time" but my bf really wanted to. I ended up really liking it! im glad we did it.

Next up was the carousel.

The parade was about to start. We were walking towards the front. Instead of watching, we walked into town hall (I think? lol) Mickey had a 5 minute wait & Princess's had 20. We went to Mickey first. We walked right in to see him! this wasnt one of my favorite interactions. The photographers were a bit rude, almost like they didnt want to take your pictures. It was just strange lol.

Deanna was so happy because she REALLY wanted to see Rapunzel.

From there, We headed towards Tink! We get inside & the line is like an hour & a half. So i thought about standing there. We were inside & i sent H right out the door to get us our first Dole Whip! It was nothing short of amazing. Im so sad I didnt get another.

Not sure how, but I coned her out of there! I didnt want to wait 2 hours to meet tink.. So we headed towards the Magic Carpets!

That could be it, Maybe it was because my daughter was "dressed" like her. She knew that she was a favorite lol. Im not sure, im just glad she was so great.

Deanna is so adorable It looks like you all had a magical time (despite the rain). I can't wait to read more about it. Ariel is my favorite Disney princess as well.
