We own 200 AKL points, but got the add-on bug!

ROFL went through yesterday, 9/14! I was getting very worried, as we were down to only a couple days left! Sent on 18th.
Now to get closing completed so that I can use those 57 points before the end of the UY!

Buyer pays closing fees and 2016 MF. I included the estimated closing fees in the total above (but not 2016 MF) - not sure if folks are still doing that.

This is our first case of add-on-itis after closing on our first contract at the beginning of August, and apparently we caught a bad case. I think it was even more severe because we were in WDW at that time.

So I just popped in here and read throughout the last 10 pages.... It seems like our OP has been MIA. She hasn't been on the DIS since the beginning of August. Thats a shame...

I have a silly question. The contract that I made an offer on won't close until Dec 12, 2015. Why is that? I went over my contract a million times but was so excited that I had finally made up my mind to purchase that I forgot to ask why I can't close until that date.

Thank You @that's nice for taking the time to notice this thread is without a leader. (Sort of, well...at least not being updated). I keep finding myself having to keep scrolling through the pages to get the information instead of having it nicely laid out on one page.
