I've actually seen an R-Pod in person. I like it, but won't trade my T@B. (However, if my T@B and the R-Pod had been sitting side by side at the dealer when we bought ours, the R-Pod may have won.)

Now, it's too tall for my new garage with the A/C on top.

Layout is very similiar to my first trailer where you had to generally fold down or set up something to sleep and set it back up when you get up. This is great for a first trailer but personally, I will not go back to that type of hassle. It just got old after a while.


In addition, I still don't see how anyone is going to tow that trailer with the new Obama/Pelosi GT xi SS/RT Sport Edition Car.

True, but there are ways around that. On the model we looked at, it had the bunks on one end and the dinette on the other. I figure we would sleep on the bunks and leave the dinette set up. (Of course, we are only two, no kids).

On our T@B, we always leave the bed up as a bed and eat outside. I knew instantly I wasn't going to be setting up and tearing down that bed every day. As a matter of fact, we pulled the table out and have just bed boards as our bed support. We reduced our weight by a good 30 pounds by doing that

The last floor plan looks like it would be good for a couple, without having to breakdown the table into a bed. Has that slide out area for a bit more room too. I imagine they could be towed with a smaller family SUV..say an Explorer type vehicle.
