This was not spicy at all to me. The chicken was fresh and I loved the pickles.
Braised Short Rib & Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese Bowl
I thought this was very good, the beef was tender and not at all fatty and the Mac was super cheesy.
Seared Scallops with Mushroom Risott/Dynamite Shrimp with Cucumber Slaw
I enjoyed the risotto but the scallops were over cooked and rubbery. The Dynamite Shrimp was my favorite dish of the Festival. I ended up having Seconds the next night.
Loaded Mini Donut Bites with Berries and Whipped Cream

I also had several of the Festival craft brews and the S’mores Christmas Cheesecake Waffle Cone. The cheesecake was yummy but I definitely recommend sharing this one. It’s a LOT of very rich cheesecake!
I purchased the passholder lanyard which was $50 for 12 picks and used it over the course of two days. It was a LOT of food. I used quite a few of my punches for beer samples which aren’t the best deal for the $ and still ended up donating two punches to a couple. I think one lanyard would be plenty for two people.
