Sorry to go kinda OT for a minute but what is the Wishes Dessert Party? It sounds delicious!!

It's a dessert buffet in the Magic Kingdom with special seating for the nightly fireworks show. We are trying it for the first time on our upcoming trip. I'm very excited! If you do a search you can find some reviews with pictures.

Am I missing anything? Any suggestions for dishes bases on my ADR's?

If you like beef for LeCellier you must try - Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon - with wild mushroom risotto, white truffle and herb butter sauce. For Flying fish try "Our Signature Flying Fish Café "Potato-wrapped Red Snapper" - Leek Fondue with a Veal Glace, Red Wine, and Cassis Butter"...yyyyuuummmmm

My mouth is watering just thinking of it

There is no way we can eat all these meals..Ill probably end up canceling a few for smaller CS meals on some days...
..its just so hard to decide!
