So been on vacation for the last week, and I would be so pleased to announce that I stuck to the plan the whole time. But I would be lying. My Saturday Long run, my watch wasn't working, (wouldn't get GPS signal), so no HR data as I used my phone to track. Also it was raining, and not especially warm. I cut it short when I realized how bad I was chafing due to the wet clothing. Does anyone have a solution for this when its raining? I am not comfortable going shirtless (loose skin from weight loss).
Today's run I managed to complete, but it was tough. Dropped a point in V02max, as well as 12% of fitness level in Strava. But nothing to do but keep moving forward, and hopefully get back to where I was soon enough.
