I have been out of control for the last few months. It is time to get focused again. I have decided that I am going to start with the eating and reading. I will join the Y when we get back from Disney in Nov.

I changed jobs so I can’t walk where I used to. There is not anywhere that I feel comfortable right now. I hope that I do better this time. I will list my goals on my next post.
 
Day One, October 6, 2003


1. Take in calories twice a day. (This is prescribed by my Dr.)

2. Drink 3 liters of water/crystal light.

3. Read my devotions for dieters journal.

4. Journal daily.

5. Take my vitamins.

6. Do 25 crunches.
 
Welcome back, Kathy. You were my PM buddy for about a day. I kept wondering where you went. Good luck getting back on track. I am finally back on track after about 2 months of struggling.
