The Sun are running an offer starting on Saturday 13th November for £9.50 for a day ticket,as with their holidays you have to pick your dates one of which has to be a weekday between jan - march 2011 with some blackout dates in march (see website, sorry don't know how to paste a link). Am guessing that like the holiday offers it's £9.50 pp plus ins. You can apply for up to 2 adults and 2 children, as far as I can see this includes a return ferry crossing and upgrades are available from £99 for one night and £238 for two nights, couldn't see where you would be staying as the upgrade link wouldn't upload on my laptop, perhaps it will for someone else.
Would have a think about the day ticket as not only have you got to drive to the port, you have a crossing (possibly in rough seas due to the time of year) which will take approx 1 1/2 hrs then drive approx 3hrs the other side, day in the park then do it all in reverse, think it would be a very long day especially with kids.
Personaly I would look more at the clucard offer with tesco for the tunnel and tickets and try and stay offsite at one of the partner hotels, as I don't tend to use my clubcard vouchers for shopping this suits me very well. We stayed at the Kyriad in sept this yr and it cost around £50 for two adults (as it was on offer) plus you get the bus to take you to the park so don't have to pay to use the Disney car park and you can have a drink too if so inclined!!
Think the tesco dlp tickets are around £27.50 for that time of yr each for a hopper (don't know if the sun one will be a hopper, but would you have time anyway if it is for a day) or another option could be to get the sun ticket go a day earlier in the evening via eurotunnel drive down to dlp stay at a partner hotel go to disney village for tea and to get you in the mood, and go into the parks 1st thing, just trying to think of ways of keeping the cash in your pockets to spend in disney!!
So many different combinations, then there's the thing of wether Disney do one of there offers oh my can of worms
