The trip of many firsts

Morning all My first go at a trip report
I didn't take notes as the boys being ill on the trip kind of threw me so it's just from memory.
We traveled down to london on the 16 march on a super long train 4 hours they where doing works on the lines to say we where reading to get off was a understatement.
It's the first time me and DH have been to london together.
We got there at 2 went to the central kings cross travelodge I paid for a early check in so strait to our room to drop bags off the on to Trafalgar Square for the free st Patricks day celebration.
We got there no problem we tried to get to see the bands but no way 2 hour wait there where people everywhere and some asleep on the paths.
Not for us hence no pics.
We mand the short walk to covent garden had a look round the markets there my DH really enjoyed this , we spent a couple of hours there then back on the tube to kings cross and to nandos very nice the kids love nandos man than ate all of his chicken wings.
DH first time here and enjoyed it!
Back to the hotel for a ok nights sleep.


March 17th
Up early today who can sleep where going to disney
Ate at the hotel is ok no cooked stuff just toast cheese cereal etc fine for us.
Back to the room packed up what
It tell stuff we had used the night before then off to st pancras.
We called into m&s to get our lunch to eat on the Eurostar, also had a quick look in cath kidson saw a pair of shoes I didn't know I needed lol said I would get them on the way back.
Went strait threw to departures no problems at all the first time my DH has done this, he thought it a lot less stressing than a airport.
The boys played on the chairs DH serfed web on the free

wifi there.
I had a cup of tea £2 but worth it it was Yorkshire tea my fav .

We ate lunch and arrived 20min late not to bad really.
We didn't get disney express so had to take our own bags to the hotel not a problem really once I found out how to get threw the village the back check is a bit of a nightmare now.
The walk was harder than usual as it was so hot and we had our winter coats on never mind who cares where in Disney.
We found the golden forest check in we sat down the boys had a chocolate coin but they don't like them the new this from last time but I guess they hope they had changed them.
Our room was ready so strait up to the 7th floor 2 thumpers on the bed some chic coins and a bottle of water with a nice letter wishing us a great stay, didn't take a pic sorry just want to get to the park.
very nice room coffee machine kettle and a fridge.
I unpacked a bit put things in safe and we where off to the park
As some of you know I had bought some dream ap from a English seller so my aim today was to exchange them.
We walked up to the park and me and the boys used our dream pass's to get into the park.
Strait to the AP office where we got them exchanged in less than 5 mins
They saved us loads on this trip already.
Now felling less stressed on to our fav ride POTC

We got to go round twice
DH thought it was great and even enjoyed a look round the shop telling the boys what gun they need to buy.
Came out of the shop and look who was waiting to meet us!

Now it was quite late so we had a bit of a wander around threw the villigae as we where having dinner at cafe Mickey.
We where seated quickly I show our dream AP and we got our free cocktail very yummy.
We had plus meal plan so nothing to put to the meal.
The boys had soup a burger and then ice cream.
We had mushrooms steak and then profiterole.
Very nice meal not the best but the boys loved it

Great time was had buy all back to the hotel went to the golden forest lounge for a free pop don't think the boys liked it so much in there

We went back to the room I unpacked got the boys ready for bed DH used the free wifi for a catch up the the boys watched the Disney chancel Before falling alseep a very long day was had by all, I was so happy to be back in my happy place.
Will do day 2 tomorrow pleased I've started now !

I think you need to use a different code - the one for forums, usually starts img or similar xx

That's how photo bucket works but flickr doesn't have that or I can not see on my iPad.
You just copy and paste the link.
Guess this will have to do I will ask Adam again I'm naff with stuff like this.

March 18th (DH birthday )

Not a great start Nathan woke about 2.30 am with the words I'm going to be !!
Then started to be sick I jumped out of bed bumping into stuff on they way to the bathroom, he was sick for a few minutes I changed and Washed him put him into bed then began to clean the floor with shampoo lovely l!!
Managed to get back to sleep woke about 7.
DH opened his cards we didn't really take presents he ha some socks and some DVDs to open.
Nathan didn't look to bad tbh just a bit weak so we all went down off our first gf breakfast you just show your easy pass and are seated strait away.
We just missed Donald the food the same as you get in the Sequoia lodge normal breakfast but much more relaxed.

Nathan didn't eat much but tbh he never does
Alex had toast and some yogurt me and DH ate everything .
I called in to the GF check in to see if they could fix our air content room had been very hot the night before and we thought that prob hadn't help Nathan being sick.
We returned to the room I bathed the Boys and got them dressed we said we do gone studios today.
We had a slow stroll threw the village I really like the new world of Disney and the new lego shop.
The studios was pretty empty just the way I like it

We decided we do a few shows to walked over to disney jr it was just about to start in English.
We didn't princes Sofia as the crowd was to big (note must do this next time ).
We sat in the middle don't really enjoy sitting on the floor but the kids love it.
Alex just wasn't into this today ,then colour drained from his face you could see he felt sick the show wAs less than half way threw all I was thinking was please don't be sick in here PLEASE wall to wall people !.
We got threw the show
We decided to go back to the hotel for safety we called into the shop at the train station for pop crips etc.
This is where Alex was sick poor boys all the way to disney to be sick when you get there.
We got back to the hotel with out him being sick again he lay on the bed and just slept took his temp 101 panic striped him off gave him some calpol.
I rang the reception and asked about the air con they sent someone up but they couldn't do anything with it, after quite a few phone calls the offered us a new room we had a look at it first it was so much cooler we took it strait away so that afternoon was spent moving rooms, it was worth it as I think we would if all been sick I the heat of the first one and the new view was very nice

After the stress of moving me and Nathan went to check the cakes in the GF there was a very nice cream bun thing yum yum sweets for the kids biscuits and some fruit.
I told the cm that my son was ill in hand room and my DH was looking after him
He gave me a take away box to fill for him and I grabbed some fruit to put in the fridge for later.
Alex was still sleeping so we chilled out with the tv on hoping he would feel better for bbwws tonight.
Guess what he did
No perfect but up for a night there (with a carrier bag in my pocket just incase lol).
We where watching the 6.30 show and got there about 5.45 we had a look in the shop and enjoyed the pre show

We where in the blue moon section and we won !
I love this show its the 7th time I've seen it we taken part in the show before but weren't so lucky this time.
Alex didn't eat much think that was for the best.

After the show we thought it best we all have a early night .
I gave both boys some calpol .
The boys watched some telly in bed and DH used the free wifi in the room.
DH said he had has had worse birthdays.
I chilled with a glass of wine

March 19th
Another lovely day at Disney
The boys still not them selves we went down for our GF breakfast anther peaceful one.forgot my camera bad mummy !!.
The boys said they would like to be pirates today we left the room about lunch time hoping they could do more than a few hours today.

We saw Snow White was 10 min wait perfect then came out and Pinocchio was the same DH was impressed by both.
We then walked over to IASW walk on just how I like it.
I saw the queue for the tea cups looked pretty much nothing so off we went

I gift the boys pic taken and the very nice cm told me pirates don't wait to get on this ride go to the exit

We walked over past big thunder not working just our luck.
So haunted mansion it was a 10 min wait DH was very impressed with this ride to.
I saw big thunder was working again both boys said they wanted to go on.
I got a fast pass as we would only have half a hour to wait thought the boys could do with a rest.
Nathan saw a gun he would like so we bought that with my new dream pass saving 20% bargain
Alex said he wanted a Duffy so we said we buy it later.
Alex was flagging by now we waited out side the ride on the seats there I did think Alex may fall asleep but he said he wanted to go on.
Half an hour past and we went to the fads pass entrance,and joined the very small queue.

He had really eaten so new he wouldn't be sick he was just tried.
They both really enjoyed it and can not wait to go on again .
We thought that was enough for today and that we should go back to the hotel so that they could rest before tea.

We called into the world of Disney so Alex could buy a Duffy making him very happy.
We chilled for a hour or so then went to the hunter grill for tea.
This is still a great buffet place my DH was very impressed and said he was pleased Id booked it twice.
I ate salad ribs steak prawns then my weight in cake lol.
Aww what I would do for a cake buffet at this min
The boys ate chips and then jelly a waste
I know but you can not make them eat if they are ill.

Watched the disney channel with the boys love the new good luck Charlie
DH played on the iPad we where asleep by about 10.

I had bags with autograph books sent from America bought off eBay wait till you see the Halloween ones I've got lol.
They where great the books that came with them have there names on and disneyland paris 2014.
All my boys are out seeing captain America so I've just cried at my new frozen DVD.

Will try to finish this week shame about pics will try another site next time.
Well 7 nights at the adagio booked for next feb (half term twins birthday )travelodge rooms booked too.
So me DH and our 3 sons soo happy !!
He says he won't do the park everyday though.
He can totally see why I love it and was more than impressed with the whole disney thing.
Will be ordering him a francilien pass by post in in January for him.
Guess what I now have a on site booking to move ASAP thinking end of June or July 2015 plenty of time to save.
Not long now till your perfect time at the big pink one !!

The bags must make it much more convenient for you not having to dig them out yourself every time you spot a character I would choose Frozen over Captain America every time - good decision! I haven't bought it on DVD yet so might need to venture out today to get it. Yes I feel very lucky to be going there! It doesn't seem real yet though because it's such a long way off.

The bags where brilliant like you day I didn't have to carry them and dig them out all the time the twins loved them as they had Star Wars on too.
You need the DVD now may have to pit it on while doing house work today.
