ok guys, i just wanted to start my first page off and intorduce myself!
I'm 19 and after fighting weight problems in high school (i lost 30 lbs the summer before my senior yr) I just want to stay healthy. I'm going into my second year of college and fighting tooth and nail not to gain those dreaded extra partying lbs. I joined the gym this summer but i don't lose any weight cuz I eat enough gross food to feed a small country. I would like to lose 5lbs more, but mostly tone and shape up and eat healthier. This support group and journal is just the organizing and helpful hints that my ocd self needs!! so feel free to read and comment!! it may not be too interesting, but i will try to entertain as i report!
