I am looking for a 5 night rental (November 8-13) for a studio at OKW or BWV at best price available (for less than $10/point).

Please let me know if anyone can confirm availability and if you have any interest.

Also, please confirm for me whether any taxes are added onto this transaction (our budget is counting on them already being included).
