From my PS News page:

Toll Free Numbers to Make Dining Priority Seatings. Just call the Disney Travel Company at either 1-877-939-3732 (this only works in the US) or 1-800-828-0228 and press 3 once the message starts, you'll then be sent to the WDW-DINE queue and have to answer even more questions.

Great! Now I dont' have to call from work for it to be "free".
