Which Stores have their Spring/Summer Shoes out?

I am in Canada, but right on the border. Before I head down does anyone know if Target, JC Penny, Walmart, Kmart or Mervyns have thier spring/summer shoes out??
I am specifically going down to find a pair of pink or white patent dress shoes or dressy sandals for my daughter to wear for her big movie premiere night and don't want to make a trip for nothing!
So you shoppers out there....let me know if you have seen the stock out yet and where!!!

The Target down here had some white patent leather shoes out. I remember looking at them and thinking how cute they were.
