Who here has a smoker?

Ok , so an update. I love this thing. I smoke stuff each week, chicken, steak, ribs, pork. Im hooked. Makes a great steak, smoke at 185-225, for an hour then sear in a pan or on the grill! View attachment 557380

In the last couple of months with the weather being bad, i have not used mine as much. I have been putting the sous-vide and the air fryer through their paces.
