What cheap, decent hotels are located near POR. I would like to use road 429 if possible headed from the Miss. Coast. I have looked on Travelzoo and Hotwire and the cheap deals that I usually get are not here this year. We are very frugal people at least DH is.. hahaha.. Last 2 years we got Comfort Inn LBV for $29.00.. Well, they have renovated and that great deal is gone!!

that say lately stayed in motel 6 - it was fine.

stayed on the 2nd floor. this is pet friendly - so don't stay here if you have a problem with animals.

rodewayInn is pretty inexpensive too - but again pet friendly.
