Roger, Captain

OK, back from having a real life, at least temporarily. I went to a baby shower. I had cake. I usually don't have cake, but I had cake tonight. I forgot how much I like cake. I even like to say cake. Cake.

Question for the Captain: Are the characters first come first served? Are we going to have our own little reality show with photo and video submissions and audience voting? How is this going to work?

My thoughts for the t-shirt: We need a source for tank tops in order to be in compliance with M.'s Vacation Wardrobe Rule #1: No shirts with sleeves, no shoes with toes. I am strictly a tank top & sundress kinda girl.

A very strategically placed eyepatch.

I'd sail in a broom closet if that is all that is available!

like a kidney.

NO not a kidney our friend Garry needs a liver!!!!!!

That's how it was here yesterday!:lmao: It was starting and stopping as we were driving the whole 5 miles home.:rotfl2:

Now we woke up to 16 degree weather!:scared1:

Yea, you shore people get all the warmth!!! It's all the way up to 12* here in the western part of Jersey!!!

OK, time to get back to work, I tell you what, it feels like Alaska :cold: here this morning, LOL!!! :rotfl:

Todd was just kidding around, guys. :lmao: Last cruise not everyone had the lime green shirts because face it...some family members just don't understand & don't want to clash. :lmao: We bought the shirts from disneydirect's summer clearance sale online for a little over $4 each. They have the balls with the character colors on the front and we did the ironon on the back. Some people had the other colors too...navy, orange, white, & tourquiose.

And then there was my DD....

She had the bobblehead lime green shirt like the rest of us..... and was going to wear it under protest...

But then when we stopped at Walmart for cases of water....she found a tinkerbell shirt in the same shade of lime green.....

Needless to say i know where to pick my battles..:tinker: darn pixie won out

Lisa---get this ---you know how we are always talking about getting overcommitted somehow?????

This guy (the new YMCA director) comes up to me yesterday and tells me, not asks, that he has put me down to be a scholarship chairperson on the executive committee.I just started laughing. Once I got home and had time to think about it it really quirked me because here I am a SAHM, homeschooling for the first time 3 kids and since my DH works 80 hours a week holding the entire house together and a salaried employee wants to take my time away from my family to do YMCA volunteer work. I believe in volunteering don't get me wrong but I spend 10 hours a week there with swimming and literally my plate is full.

I came back from a DCL trip Sept 05 to find I was volunteered to be DD8's soccer coach.:confused3 I was already the coach of oldest DD's softball team. I worked something out with the other poor sap who was roped into it, but at least they asked him!!:rolleyes1

Whatever works with the least resistance is my motto

OK found that...You realize me and Todd were just talking about excursions past ships have done (RCCL). They were all organized through the ship not stand alone like we did in Cozumel.

Todd has never even been to Aruba and my 1 and only visit was 7 years ago...

Oh well...we'll see what happens........:) I do like Rum Though:banana: pirate:

It's been about 25 yrs for me. Are there things around the other side of the island yet? When I was there it was all in one place right off the boat. But there was the bat cave... Not really any way to get lost as I only recall only one road around the whole island.:rolleyes1

Hey everybody see the You tube video earlier
"Ive got a jar of dirt"?

Here's my version:

Ive got more posts than Todd! Ive got more posts than Todd......

oops Jeff said it wasn't a horse race---(slapping hand--bad girl bad girl)

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
