Wow, what a guy!! That sounds like a great surprise... I'll have to tell DH about it so he gets some ideas :rolleyes1. How was the luau? I've only ever been to 'Ohana.
DF is very good at surprises! He texted me from work and said he's already working on the next one. It's really cute how excited he gets over stuff like this.

The luau wasn't bad. The dancing and the fire guy was really cool. The food was alright. He liked it but I'm an extremely picky eater. It was nice to do since neither of us had done it before. But we'll do Hoop-De-Doo before we do the luau again. It did give us an excuse to use those Tiki Kingdom shirts we got for our welcome dinner. :rotfl:

Awww, I am loving your TR. You looked beautiful on your wedding day. It looks like everything was wonderful. I am also having Beaute Speciale do my hair and make up and I'm really looking forward to it, they seem to get glowing reviews.
I can't wait to see the pics from Randy and hear all about your DP. How awful though that your welcome bag went missing, after you putting all that effort into them, no wonder you were stressed. Can't wait for the next instalment:thumbsup2

Already planning another one?!? You're one lucky girl. :goodvibes

I'm a picky eater too which is why I've never really been too tempted to try the luau but I'm sure the atmosphere itself is worth it. I've never tried Hoop-De-Doo either... now that we're living in Florida I think DH is going to get sick of me trying to make him go to Disney.

Trying a new restaurant always makes me nervous. :scared: You could always borrow my DF. ;) He works at Disney and for his first day off in 40 days he took me there. :rotfl: I don't think I could marry a non-Disney nerd. ;)

Mike always used to be undecided about Disney but during our honeymoon (if you can call it that because we spent it with our friends) he was all about it. It was great! He kept telling his best man about all of the things we had to do and what his favorites were. He reminded me of an excited little kid which he has NEVER remotely acted like before when we've gone. I think I might have finally convinced him it's great. Plus the fact that we have an annual pass and don't want to waste it helps.

:thumbsup2 I hope he has converted!

I love you trip report so far! I'm addicted: at work on the edge of my seat and can't wait for the dessert party. Just thought you should know your wedding has been distracting me from my work. :P :cool1:
Beautiful wedding so far!

It is completely different seeing the room set up than it is to see empty. I was extremely happy with how everything was set up and the Epcot staff was amazing. I highly doubt you will be disappointed in your decision.

I would definitely go in and check Lett's Bridal out. I really liked them, especially at first. They were nothing but extremely helpful. I do have to admit though after they got my money they weren't as friendly but from past experiences with other weddings I think that's just how the industry rolls.

Thanks for the tips about Lett's. I haven't been there yet, but I am going to try to make it over there next week. Let's just say the dress has been my toughest decision so far. I already have one I kind of am leaning towards at a store near Saginaw, but I thought I would check out one or two stores out in the Lansing area before making my final decision.

I'm loving your TR. I've been married FOREVER, 19 years in December and am hoping for a Vow Renewal at Disney next year. My husband (we've been together since our first date, 24 years ago) was just telling me last night that he's never realized in all this time what a picky eater I am. That's why we've never done 'Ohana, because I can't justify the price and know I'm just paying for ambiance because I won't eat much.

The glass slippers are precious. I can't wait to start to plan my renewal. I'm getting so many great ideas from all of you.

Awwww The desserts looked so yummy.

I was kinda wondering if I was going to NEED the bus from SBP to French Island--thinking it would be a waste of money, but I didn't think about transporting all of the stuff. Hopefully it will be helpful.

Your dress is SOOOO pretty. I think I like it equally as much as I liked mine. Maya and Carter are adorable: can I borrow them for my wedding?? :P lol jk.

Honeymoon time!!!!! More!

just loving the TR!! I feel the same way about when i do my hair, you know its never going to look like that again!! You hate to destroy it!! princess:

Wow everything looked amazing! The Dessert Party looked so romantic! I couldnt help but laugh when you said that the lady at the check-in desk didnt even flinch when she saw you in your dress. It kills me how some people can hate their job so much. Its not like theres another one out there. Disney is just not for people like that. Congratulations-- I would have given you an upgrade;) . I dont blame you about not wanting to ruin your hair-- Ana did an amazing job!! (haha taking my hair down was the absolute first thing I did after the wedding (other than taking the dress off).
