Hi have been following some of this thread but im a bit confused are we going to be on CNN and what time will we be on im eastern time zone btw please i would love to watch this. Let me know thanks!

Well it was SUPPOSED to be on today at 3 PM EST but they called it
off just because Disney refused to comment.. so they say.

I just don't think the big news stations would be interested in doing
a report on a free online game closing.

I'm very saddened by this too, and I'm NOT saying we should give up,
so GOOD LUCK to anyone participating in mass mailings and letters
to the news stations.

I myself am still in school and probably wouldn't make a very good
letter LOL, but I'm wishing good luck to everyone who's trying.

Do NOT sell yourself short. It doesn't need to be a work of art; just tell them what you like about vmk and why you're sad it's closing. Then ask your parents for a stamp and you're in business! It's the kids that Disney needs to hear from the most!

HAH fat chance my parents wouldn't let me send a letter to disney about this. They prettymuch say that it's a simple video game and I should get over it. But it's more than a video game.

Shark, do you have to tell them why you want the stamp? Or do you even have to ask for the stamp? If they leave them on the table or something, can't you just holler "Mom, I'm taking a stamp!" and go ahead and do it? Once it's on the envelope it would be a waste of money to not send it.

i think it would be great to have just one place with all possible contacts to refer. - emails, postal mail, phone numbers of radio, TV, news paper, and of course anyone involved with the Disney corp - it is much more time consuming than i thought to get all this info.
