I know you’ve all been waiting eagerly for the unveiling of the DIS-nee Family Map. Ladies and gentlemen, here it is … Dis-nee Family Map

.....

Might I suggest that everyone gets familiar with using this map. You never now, you might need to use it for something in the near future. :scratchin :confused3

And for the record . . . the above statement makes me very curious! What do you have up your sleeve? Hmmm....

I shall never tell, but someone else might! :scratchin

Great map MadBrad!!

Justin, YOU are curious! Im the Director of Transportation and I know nothing about it!
MadBrad, Dont hit me at the last minute with a cross-country trip stopping to pick up everyone!
There is some planning involved on a journey like that....
The GPS unit does have to be set up with routes and addys you know...
I'll need maybe....24hrs. :car:

If you are passionate about something, be it a job or opportunity, sometimes that is all you need as everything else will fall in place.

Good luck on the weightloss support venture. I think that is a great thing especially if you develop a program that helps clients achieve their goals and change their lives.

:thumbsup2

Hi Tripp! Good Luck this week!! :cool1:

And Good Luck to AnnDisney as well! :cool1:

You are the only other person I've ever run into that isn't a fan of OG. I totally avoid going there if I can at all help it. I don't hate it, but it is just way low on my list of places to eat (definately below McDonald's).

Make that 3...

FTC...nice ears!!! On to DISvet!

Well I have taken the day off and have been spring cleaning.
Will drop in later on my next break...IF DW lets me take another....
(Sound of whip cracking in background)

Gotta go...sorry...

I'm not a big fan of Italian food anyway... but there is just something about the quality..... it just tastes bland.

Hey guys, just got a call from this crazy DISboard lady all excited and talking fast. Then I hear screaming and yelling, and laughing. :hyper2: Seems that the first crazy lady (who we know as Cat!) just ran into another crazy DISboard lady (who we know as CalDisneyFamily) at Animal Kingdom!

Pretty cool, I thought--there they are in the huge world of Disney and they run into each other out of the blue! I got to say hi to CalDisney which was really neat! They are all having such a great time!

I'm sure they'll have more pics coming soon!

Thanks for sharing that really COOL info! I'm glad Cathie met up with her! Awesome!:thumbsup2

Everyone must be passed out today, or on the Dream CMO website voting like crazy!

Well, had to postpone my meeting with the ATL Tripp brigade. My wife calls me about 11:20am (EST) and tells me I have to meet her at the Emergency Room in Canton. The preschool called and told her that our 4 year old son has split his head open falling out of a wagon and she needed to get him.

Can we catch a break sometime soon? The power of the Fleagles is branching via the world wide web. :)

Anyway, lickily it isn't quite as drastic as they make it out to seem and he got his wound glued shut instead of stitches. It wasn't a clean and even gash, so glue works better than stitches.

Did you make it in today?

I stopped in just around noon. I took a few pictures and shot a quick video. My cable isn't with me, otherwise I'd post the photos right away. I'm not that technically gifted with new toys, so I'll have to enlist DH to upload the video. I'll give it a shot when I get home, but I've never done anything with video before.

And due to poor travel arrangements, it sounds like Tripp and family might be hitting the road tomorrow instead of flying out on Wednesday. He didn't know when I was there, but I'm sure he'll give us an update when he has a chance - maybe in a "Tripp" report??? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

So, did you shoot just general video stuff?

Are you potentially free again for a retry tomorrow? He had some really good ideas for a vid of you, me and JenniferAtl's DH. Sorry...life prevented me from going today.

Sorry the bad luck....I sure hope we didn't "share" ours with you!
Poor little guy.....my daughter cut her head in the same spot when she was about the same age. You can't even tell now....but boy does the head bleed! I remember being on the phone with 911 and they said to put pressure on it to stop the bleeding, but I kept saying, "It's a deep cut...I don't want to push her brain!" I can laugh at myself now, but there's nothing worse that THAT phone call! I'm glad he's ok, he looks precious!

Hugs to LittleThunderMountain!

I finally have a real day off and just had a nice long CMO voting session. While I was voting I listened to the WDW Radio Show podcast from this week, and Lou Mongello gives a nice plug for the CMO contest, and particularly to Justin as he is a regular over at their forums. Go Justin!!! I also noticed that last week's show is titled "The Ultimate Guide to the DVC" so probably lots of info there for DVC hopefuls.
Cathie - thanks for all the fun updates and photos. I love having all these experiences to share. My next trip isn't until September but this makes it seem much more real and close.
Love our family map. Thanks, MadBrad, for setting that up.

HEY ALL YOU MOMS....

I just received another fun Disney package today, from the Mickey Moms Club. Did anyone else? I entered the Moms panel but wasn't sure my entry ever went through. It seemed to take forever once I pushed 'send' and the next time I logged on...minutes later, they said they had reached their maximum number of entries. Anyway, I figured my info never even processed.

So, today ( a long time later) I get a package thanking me for my entry and here was a nice packet of goodies. Anyway, I'm not on the panel, but somehow a part of the club? Anyway, I'm sure they just sent it to those that entered, but what a nice surprise!

Just wondering who else got one?

Got mine today!!! :cool1:

Thanks for the update...glad you got time to vote. I ate my lunch and voted over and over and over and over and over and over again. It was almost as addicting as this thread itself! :rotfl:

Thanks too for the info on the podcast for DVC hopefuls. We're still debating. One minute we are all in yes...and then we look at the stuff that needs to get fixed around the house and we say No. Then we say yes, and then we say no! Could someone here just decide for us? We're way too flip floppy on this one! :confused3 ;)

OH, I'm sorry for your boy! But he looks like he is taking it really well!!!

My DD did this too. Same place three years in a row, ages 3, 4 and 5. Only had to do the pappoose the first time. Stitches and glue. She turns 16 Wednesday and you can't see the scars.

Yeah, hug that little guy for us.

Oooooh, 3guys! It's like you're a .... mind-reader! Details really soon! ;)

This is exactly what we were doing in the weeks prior to purchasing. I'd say -- absolutely; then say, what? It's still a lot of money! Then I'd go back and calculate the cost per night after using it every year for a week for 50 years and say -- duh?! Yes. Then go, but we want to have more kids, so better save our money!

I feel for you. Once you finally decide, you'll either feel proud of yourself for saving your money or be crashing off the ceiling knowing that you now own a piece of the magic!!:goodvibes

Great! Cool magnet huh? And those Tinkerbell pins were the ones I mentioned somewhere awhile back. The special ones to share...Oh yeah, it was for Eric's CMO pins. Anyway....neat stuff. I love freebies!

Very cool! Althought I'm afraid to use the car magnet on the outside...what if someone takes it??:rotfl:

And b/c of Eric's pins and the ones I got today, I will give away pins for the first time. I've collected about 20-30 over the years but haven't done anything with them (ie., trading or give away). This trip will be my first!

I'll look for someone who reminds me of you guys!

MadBrad -- great map! I really like seeing all of us all over the country! Thanks for taking the time to do this!
