Here's a few highlights from my trip to Ohio for my nephew's wedding...

this is part of a historic village from the early 1800's.....I guess to Jo that's relatively new!
We visited Amish Country and my sister kept saying that we needed to go to Heini's cheese chalet........I giggled everytime she said the name be cause I thoughty of hiney aka butts. So of course, I had to have a picture of the sign.
I had a great time with my sisters and mom. It was just sad that we were missing 3 sibblings. On the first night my mom was there she fell down the stairs and ended up with a bad concussion. My sister lives in an old farm house and the stairs and steep and very shallow. After she fell, she still needed to go to the bathroom, so we helped her up and then she passed out. Scared the crap out of us. She had a gash on her head and she broke the edge of one of the stairs! Once we knew she was ok, we poked some fun at her, because she had started down the stairs in just her p.j. top and underwear. My brother in law had fallen asleep in his chair near the bottom of the stairs, so he was the first one to help her. She was mortified!
She was pretty sore but still managed to have a good time and laugh about it.
Good, that was the response I was going for!
Sorry about the back. I can't pay your Doctor's bill, but I just read the Wikipedia definition for Chiropractor, so I can come adjust you myself. 
I sure hope your back started to feel better after the swim.
