I'm about to have a look on-line for any special offers. We've just come back from Florida and I was really looking forward to going to the Yankee Candle shop, but I was so disappointed with it. The special offer there was buy 2 large jars and get one free, but it was only the christmas ones, which I didn't want.
I wanted to buy tarts as we've found they fill the house with fragrance much more than anything else, but since they were $1.99 each, it wasn't worth it. They're only a pound over here! Plus a good 75% of the shop was christmas stuff. There was only a small selection of other candles.

First time I've been to Florida and not bought any!

I have split a tart in half across my two new christmas tart burners which I am using for the first time

It's a nice smell, slighty sharper that the sweeter Christmas scents.

I burnt christmas cookie yesterday which was yummy (might have to order some more of that!), right now I have egg nog burning which is also yummy (might have to get some more of that too!!) I have Christmas eve ready to burn on Christmas eve, glad to hear it is a popular one.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but has anyone ever had a tart that hasn't melted again after it's first use? I'm burning Christmas Cookie (or trying to) and it won't melt even though I've raised the tea light underneath. I've tried 3 different tea lights from the same bag in case it's that, but no luck. All the others in the bag have been fine, anyway. I've never had it happen before!

I have gone Yankee Candles mad and ordered a set of 12 gingerbread Christmas tealights (running out of Christmas tealights for our Christmas burner), a small Christmas eve jar, blueberry scone (this smells delicious!) and a vanilla cupcake jar (had the tea lights version and loved them!)

I hope they come soon, I ordered them on Thursday from Yankee Doodle!
