lol, well you've gotta get into practise early!

gary got a lot more interested when i told him the ship was full of people who are making a pilgrimage to morrisons with suitcases! plus he also didnt rule out the possibility of asking onboard about prices to upgrade to a verandah...... :)

Gosh you guys have been mega chatty just in the last couple of hours :rotfl:

Ditto... we are now on deck 6 to be Riverdancers! Gave up our deck 5 sideways.

I was feeling bad leaving you behind, glad you're upstairs now too :lmao:

We'll have to do the conga up & down the corridors! :rotfl2:

:dance3::dance3::dance3::dance3:

Welcome to deck 6 Mary...you're across the hallway from Me now.

Pack those tap dancing shoes;)

:woohoo::woohoo: fantastic :yay:

da da da da da da DA!

Stevie was laughing earlier, he is getting the sneaky suspicion that this cruise is going to be mental :rotfl:

Yes that is true, unless they kick us out of the PL for being too rowdy. :rotfl2:

Ok thanks hun.....and stop bloody rubbing it in that your cruising next month. :lmao:

You are so cheeky :rotfl2::rotfl2: I just thought I would grab the manager and demand the room for us :lmao: tell him does he know who he is dealing with.... a crowd of very irrate females :rotfl:

No Mary, it's free to update. Although we didn't pay for them in the first place, we managed to do them before the price was introduced.

Us rowdy :rotfl2: well we might do a bit riverdancing sooooooooo

Thanks Michelle, we did all our advance trips before they started charging, but that was before we had booked the WBTA. Will look out last year's and update them.

As Karen said, a lot of people didn't have paper copies last year and got very stressed at check in when DCL were demanding to see hard copies

if i said i wasnt jealous, it'd be a big fat lie......

:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I am sure we will need the practise & after a few drinks who knows.....we could even finish up conga'ing around the Atrium. :rotfl:

I think security may be involved if we do that, we might all get sent to the brink and be under lock and key :lmao:

I was polite last year and had a few carrier bags, but since Claire and Lee are taking suitcases for all the beer, we may as well all join in :thumbsup2

Who???? Moi? :rolleyes1

That's a good idea, they may even let you book it as the booking window will be open for you.....I know, wishful thinking! :wizard:

There won't be hurricanes this year --- they were all sent as tornadoes earlier to the southern US --- so all the wind was used up already. No hurricanes!!! :thumbsup2

:worship::worship::worship: Amen!!! I like your thinking! :worship::worship::worship:

UGH! So much fun putting the weight on, hell taking it off! Maybe I could wire my mouth shut....... GA-yaya...you are in orthodonitics......how about it? :lmao::lmao:

Debra, you crack me up! :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Peggy- That's so fun to hear there's someone in the same field on the cruise! Did you go to school in GA? I did my dds at WVU and am getting my endo degree here as well. We'll definitely have to get together on the cruise. :goodvibes

I agree, let's plan to meet! :goodvibes I am a Louisiana girl, so I went to LSU all the way! :dance3:
Good luck to you getting everything finished up. We will all feel your relief when you get your thesis finished. :thumbsup2

So I reminded Dennis again that he needs to get his leave approved for this trip. He mentioned it to his supervisor back in February, but she said it was too early then.

He put in his leave request today. So tonight I asked him how soon we'd get the official word. He said, "She's usually pretty quick about that." Then he said, (I can't believe this), "Three weeks -- that's a long time. But it should be okay." Then he mumbled something about something (sounded like "big project") being due in Sept., but he can finish his part before he leaves. WHAT???

I can understand him not hearing when the dogs are barking to come in or go out. I can understand him not hearing when I tell him we're out of milk and he needs to pick some up on the way home. But...

I've only talked about this trip virtually EVERY DAY SINCE WE BOOKED IT IN OCTOBER. How did he miss the importance of this??? :mad:

If he doesn't get his leave, I'm still going. I won't get the Military rate as the service person has to be there, but I'll save enough on dog boarding and airfare to make up for it!! (Wonder if survivors get the benefit? Not that I'd do anything to him. They'd have to prove it anyway.)

I'm so annoyed with him right now. He was talking like leave was just a formality. Now it sounds like he might not get it. AAAARRRRGGGGHHH!! :headache:

Okay, rant is over now. I need to hit the sack anyway. Have to go to work in the morning. I promise to resist the temptation to smother him in his sleep.

I hope Dennis gets his leave approved asap. :hug:

Just managed to catch up on all that has been going on.

First, thank you for the chat about ESTAs, completely forgotten to update the folks, which will be done this afternoon.

Need some advice about hiring scooters / wheelchairs at the various theme parks, Dad doesn't want to hire one for the duration of our stay at the Boardwalk, said he would consider hiring something for the day when we get to a park, if he needs it (he doesn't want to admit that he might need the help). Can you order on line or do you have to wait until you get to the theme park? Any idea of cost?

Have booked all the tickets even MNSSHP for the 2nd October and celebrating Dad's 84th birthday with lunch at Cinderella's Castle, nothing else to book except the hotel in Las Vegas, which will be the Venetian, just waiting to see if they bring out some good deals in the next couple of months.

Thought about booking the Hawaiian cruise but have decided to the the B2B out of New York, down to the Bahamas and then Canada, hard choice, I wanted Hawaii, David wanted New York, and as he will not be doing this year's WBTA because of work commitments thought I better let him choose the cruise. Fingers cross there will be another cruise the following year!!!:dance3:

Did anyone hear about the earthquake in Spain?

Trying to contact an Aunt and Uncle who live in Alicante, otherside of Murcia, hopefully there has been no impact on them always a worry when you have family so far away.

Oh no ..... hope it comes through for him ....men can be so annoying sometimes, they seem to have their priorities all wrong !!!! Everything crossed for you Pat.

Oh my word ..... just looks at my countdown ... it says

3 months and 30 days

I can't believe we are down to 3 months something already, now that is scary :scared1::scared1::scared1:

I feel very unprepared, still can't fit into any clothing, have a WDW holiday in July which won't help, and with only August to shift all the excess baggage it isn't looking good. :scared1::scared1:

Still not really getting underway with my FE gifts and everything else either.
Do we have a cut off date when we will know how many and who are in our group. :confused3:confused3

I was telling DH about your deal last night when walking the dogs, he thought it was amazing the price you got the cruise for including grats :cool1:

How brilliant would that be getting a decent upgrade at the port, you could get a super upgrade like Lynne - party in your room :banana:

Just updated my ESTA's. :thumbsup2

I bet it will be really tough to say goodbye but remember she is going to the Happiest Place on Earth! :goodvibes

Your reputation precedes you honey :rotfl2:

:lmao: Oh dear, that's never a good thing!

Whoa! It's coming around so soon! I really must pull my finger out, with everything too....FE, scrapbook exchange, diet, clothes shopping, the list is endless! :faint:

I don't think there are any cut off dates arranged yet, maybe we should think about that, I need to set one for the Scrapbook exchange too. Maybe 1st August?

I can't be doing with what happened on our Dream MV - they carried on letting people sign up to the last day, I was already in WDW when people were still joining. :eek:

Morning everyone :)

Great news about your DD Sarah...

Pat - hope Dennis gets his leave.

Hope everyone's family & friends are safe after the earthquake.{hug} I'm just watching it on the news....awful.

I too have not got one thing sorted for this cruise. I am going to hold off till August...hopefully will be able to get everything I need. DH is sorted, all his stuff is bought and packed. Excess baggage is paid for ;) ESTA's updated. Cruise has been PIF for a while.
I am just putting $$'s on my FairFX Card to pay for gratuities etc.

A cut off date is a good idea for the planned events. I think end of July maybe then we know where we all are.
