After looking at this for over 5 years and renting points three times we finally pulled the trigger on a resale contract. Hoping it passes ROFR!

Update: just received closing papers yesterday and will send in today. Now looking to add a small direct contract on to tie this off.

I was considering direct but at $160 per, I don't think so
I also have an OKW contract that was purchased before the latest rule changes so I should still have access to shopping discounts and ap's if I understand it all correctly.

Yes, all of the perks are tied to the contract, so you are good to go with your OKW! Good luck !

New to these boards, hello! Been watching these ROFR threads, thanks so much for putting them together! Was hopeful DVD would not pick up this contract since it was fully borrowed until 2018. Anyway we basically bought at $120pp with a $15pp concession for them essentially "renting" those 2017 points back from us, hence the seemingly good price of $105pp. We don't plan to travel till 2018 anyway!

Just to be clear- did you sign the contract as $120pp or $105pp? If it's $120, could you please use that as the actual price and repost ?
