Offer put in at SSR for $95/pt (sounds outrageous but was fully loaded) at 120 points and was accepted.! Seller pays 2016 dues, points are 240 2016, 120 2017, 120 2017. Hasn't been submitted to the mouse yet, since the offer was accepted yesterday, so I don't have a nicely formatted data string for you all

Just real excited, and can't wait to hear back! Now to avoid to ROFR monster!

Thanks! Hopefully didn't overpay! I figure I can sell the points to David's. Selling the 2015 banked and 2016 points, and applying that to the purchase price (since the seller is paying the 2016 MF) brings the PPP to $73 if I can sell all for $11.3, or $78 if I have to sell 120 of those points at $6/point since it's too close to the end of use year.

That's not part of what you'd post here, though. Just your purchase price with closing costs. Renting the points comes into play after the fact.

I mainly posted that portion in reply to the "at that price it should pass ROFR. Is that solely based on PPP?

Our OKW 60 point/Extended years purchase passed ROFR on Dec 23rd. I'm currently at " waiting" on the link and thought we should give an update. Now for the wait for closing...We had a longer wait because Disney found the use year listed was incorrect and addendum documents had to be signed and approved.

Congrats! I thought our deal at $80 after buyer paid closing was good, but yours is even better.

Hope you enjoy BWV as much as we do. We love walking back from EPCOT or Hollywood Studios at the end of the day and not fighting crowds for buses or boats.
