2 weeks from today, my family and I will be kicking our trip off with breakfast at Garden Grill and a day of Epcot.

What are y'alls first day plans?

The plan is to head to MK to hit a few rides in Tomorrowland in the afternoon before dinner at Chef Mickey’s. I’m sick right now, so I’m glad it hit me now and not 2 weeks from now.

We had to move our trip planning some and I have 4 FoP FPs for 7:15 PM on Sunday, 4/22 that I’m going to cancel, eventually. If anybody wants to try to coordinate that, let me know.

We are driving from MA. Do you stop or go straight?

First time. My plan is to leave Friday evening, drive all night, stop for breakfast and let my wife take over for a few hours. Ultimate goal is to spend Saturday night around Georgia so we only uh ave 4 hours or so Sunday morning.

So how long does it take for you to get there?

We stop a lot for quick breaks so with eating, gas and all that stopping, usually 18-19 hours. According to mapquest it should take 15.5 hours.

Just have to say I applaud the drivers, I am impatient on a 3 hour flight when it's Disney

Ok, I have been so busy dreaming about the 80 degree weather in Orlando that I've apparently been neglecting looking at weather reports for where I actually live...and I woke up today to several new inches of snow on the ground...in addition to the several inches of snow that already fell on Saturday!!! I texted my H about it and he said that we're supposed to get about a foot of snow over the course of today and tomorrow. COME ON! I am so tired of this!! Counting down the hours until Sunday!!!

Oh I totally get that - I am lucky flights are normally $250 rdtp max so it is cheaper by far than gas for a drive - it's also just me and DH

Exactly. Flights for our family would be about $3500 right now. That more than doubles the coat of a 4 night stay.

OMG! Not sure if you still have these ... We are planning to be there that day and have 4 people and I have been unable to secure FoP Fast Passes ... If you have not already coordinated with someone I would greatly appreciate this offer!

A little about myself, my name is Emily, and I have been married to my DH for almost 6 years, and we have two little girls, DD1 3.5 years (4 in May), and DD2 1 year. At the time of travel they'll be almost 5, and 2. This trip is intended to celebrate DD1 turning 5, and going to Kindergarten!
