Trial Club Level Fastpass+ Purchase Program Planning & Discussion

Here's a timely question (I hope). March 26 is my date to make my CLFPs. Of course I am watching everything with the coronavirus closely. When do I pay for my CLFPs? And if I pay at booking, is it refundable if I cancel between now and June?

I believe the rule is still full refund up to 2 days before.

Pay when booking. I thought they told me refundable up to 24 hours in advance, but I don't have that in writing on my confirm so I need to follow up.

When I wrote the FAQ page at the time the program was introduced, it was a "2 day cancellation" period for a refund. I don't know if that is still the case (although I assume it is) and when the 2 day period is actually pegged from... eg, 2 days from your check-in date, 2 days from your first CLFP day, etc.

But regardless, it should allow for plenty of flexibility if one needs to cancel.

I tried searching but could not find an answer. If I have two rooms booked, 1 club level and 1 non-club, can everyone purchase extra fast passes or only the people in the club room? I assume only the club level room guests but wanted to make sure.

Barring some CM Pixie Dust, it should be only the guests in the CL room.

I am looking at booking CL fastpasses for our trip this summer. However, our group is planning to spend quite a bit of time split up. Is it possible to book different fastpasses for different people?

Yep - you can mix/match however you want.

Hi all -- we just had to reschedule our trip, which would have started 3/21, for June, arriving on 6/16. I'll need to rebook all five days of CLFPs as well. Any advice about when and how to get in touch with DSS? A call wouldn't even go through just now, and I understand they must be slammed. 9AM tomorrow? Email?

I would give things a few days to settle down with the call volume. Not sure of your check-out date but seems like you have a few days before you hit 90 days from then for booking the new FPs. The usual Disney call advice is calling in the morning when they first open (which is 9am) but these are weird times so hard to say.

I rescheduled to June from our March 14-21 trip. I emailed DSS earlier this morning to ask if they could tell me which gc I used for CL FPs so I could receive my refund once processed. I got a call a few hours later, very surpised by that. :) I even told them in my email I knew they were swamped, so no hurry. :)

Oh great idea! I’ll try emailing first. I can’t book again until 3/24, but I guess I should call and get a refund before my original check in date, 3/21? Or maybe it doesn’t matter at all, hmm ...

But thanks for the advice, of course! I will report ...

Just an update on cancelled CLFP in case others are curious. I emailed DSS, they confirmed it’s an automatic refund. Text below. Will book the new trio on 3/24 and hope for the best!

Thank you for contacting Disney Signature Services! Your plans made with Disney Signature Services have been cancelled for your previously March stay. These experiences will no longer appear on My Disney Experience.

Per our cancellation policy, your credit card has been refunded for the full payment of each day booked. Please be advised refunds may take up to 7 to 10 business days.

Just booked for our June trip and got everything I wanted! So excited! This is going to make our trip so much more relaxed. With the exception of trying for those boarding groups in DHS, there is nothing we have to rope drop! Thanks so much for all the good advice in this post!

Did they call you for this? I did my email list and sent to DSS today so they'd have for the phone call tomorrow , and I got an automated response saying DSS is closed until March 31st. It did say they were monitoring the emails, just wasn't sure if the CL FP trial was still a thing.

I think this is my exact question, but I am extra dense and wanted to be sure...

So once you cancelled your trip, you need to take NO FURTHER ACTION to get your CLFP refund? Or do I still need to email DSS for the refund? And If I need to email, is it just the disney.signature.services@disneyworld.com email from the website?

They didn't call me, I just called in at 9am on my 90 day date. I guess I got in before they closed. Sorry, I wish I had more answers but pretty sure it's still a thing. All of my fastpasses are still showing up in the system.
