The "I WANT TO ARGUE!" thread - JOKE THREAD!

Everyone does what works for him but there’s no way that would fly in my house. Men get away with way too much. It’s not funny that he leaves the empty roll on the counter, it’s childish and lazy.
You have a point. I guess the proverbially "pick your battles" came into play. It's a minor annoyance for sure, it is lazy, but I opted to focus on much larger issues way back in the day.

I'd say my husband's "pick your battles" moment with me that probably most likens the toilet paper thing is I'm constantly losing the remotes. I'm terrible at that. I set it down and I'll lose it, it'll fall between the cushions, get lost somewhere on the blanket I'm using especially the fire tv stick remote (it's so dang tiny!) I'm bringing it into other rooms and can't find it again, etc. He gave up years ago trying to get me to remember to place it in a very visible spot every single time. So ya know.

To both of you, my final word , point blank, end of discussion. I win. :rotfl::rotfl2::rotfl::rotfl2:
Point Blank, a 1967 movie, a cult classic, now in the library of congress, (no big deal, because I am registered in the LIbrary of Congress)....but get this...every movie needs a soundtrack and Johnny Mandel composed the final word.!!!!!!!,

We used to have a whole board for this. It got removed
I think if we keep it light-hearted then it won't be like the Debate board of the past as clearly this is just a fluff silly thread to banter playfully back and forth. Once conversations devolve into bickering and insulting then yes it increases the chance of it getting closed.

In Pennsylvania, at least, there are several counties in lockdown. You are allowed out to get groceries.

But why, when you are in the grocery store, does NOBODY even try to keep at least 6 feet apart? Why is it I am the one who has to play zigzag the whole time? Especially employees??

Definitely pick your battles moment. This one is nuisance more of necessity to change, imho.

I know I am guilty of nuisance behavior too. (I know he has told me what it is, but honestly I can't remember because it wasn't his battle moment. lol)

These little things are exactly that, little. The big thing we agree on, and that is what's important.

.................well.....they have a patent on the Model T car also......................
But that was the Model T. Not the newer cars we have now. They might have their own patent, too. Not much change in the process of toilet paper, just the paper, not the roll.
