So at Christmas DH thought it would be a hoot to have a great big box under the tree for the girls- of Charmin Ultra Soft. DD18 took one pack to school and left one in her bedroom here for later. So that pack is my backup plan. We're down to 2 or 3 rolls in the cupboard. I saw some Scott once at Dollar General and passed on it at the time.

For food, I'd like to be able to get Sara Lee butter bread.

Thank you for that information. I went back into ebay and reported a whole bunch of them. This is not the time for people to be trying to overprice something that people desperately need!

We have aloe Vera bottles everywhere because we all burn so easily, so we bought 2 large bottles of Everclear at the start of all this just in case. If not, we’ll have a reason to celebrate and make Jungle Juice

I was lucky enough to find sanitizer thanks to my ds. He has a fog machine and was looking at the company he purchases from. Since the virus has no one buying fog juice, they switched to making hand sanitizer. They put up their production daily And it goes quick. But, if you keep watching, you can snag a gallon. It is froggysfog.com my order arrives tomorrow. They say this is a liquid not a gel sanitizer meant to be sprayed. If I can’t put this on here, just delete, but thought I would share my find. I cancelled my Chewy order. It was "reading for shipment" for 2 weeks. The cats will need soft food next week, and I found some at the grocery store. I'll just keep getting it when I find it, until people start calming down and stop hording everything.

yep, I totally understand. In fact, ours decided he didn’t like quarantining with my dh and let it be known during his zoom meeting if the cat is not happy, no one is happy!

UGH, that's exasperating. I have been waiting for a FedEx delivery today and I just got an email that it could not be delivered, when I scrolled down to the bottom it said 'no attempt was made, rescheduled for tomorrow'. It is fine, I don't need it today, thankfully, and at least it isn't lost.

In this context, what's "Jungle Juice"? For me that's 98% DEET insect repellent. Nasty stuff too as I'm very allergic to it.

Simply, it’s an alcoholic beverage concoction of basically whatever liquor you got plus some kind of juice: kool-aid, Hawaiian Punch.

In our red neck area of the woods, it’s mixed in a huge batch directly in an ice chest. We use whatever juice is cheapest (usually various flavors of Tampico), some fruit punch concentrate for added sweetness, and then mainly Everclear but add vodka and tequila to taste. If you’re feeling fancy, you can through some slice up fruit in there.

Definitely better than mosquito spray, but might be as equally dangerous to some!
