Chicago-based bowling restaurant Pinstripes to open near Disney World

"Chicago's restaurant-meets-bowling alley hub Pinstripes is coming to the area of I-Drive near Walt Disney World.
Menu items that can be expected from the restaurant include wood-fired pizza that range from buffalo chicken to prosciutto fig; seasonal gelato, like triple chocolate brownie or pistachio, and plenty of wine and craft beers. And of course, there will be a bowling alley and bocce, also known as Italian lawn bowling, for guests to partake in."

NEW PhotoPass 1-Day Package Available in Disneyland

Disneyland has introduced its NEW PhotoPass+ One Day package. You can get PhotoPass+ One Day for $19.99 through the Disneyland app.”
I'm sure it's to "make up" for the no MaxPass which would give you unlimited photo downloads each day.

But yeah, I'm with ya. Our memory maker for our whole trip in June is so costly in comparison... 🙃

We only have 2 parks and WAY less photopass opportunities. We have less rides with photos and less places with a photopass photographer. I would definitely pay more for a Photopass package at WDW (and I have, I always get the memory maker when I go).

But I agree about the the AP thing. They haven't brought back APs or MaxPass yet. It was tough for me to buy a park ticket knowing that a new AP program will be announced soon. Do I want to spend hundreds now knowing a $1000+ AP option is coming? I went back and forth trying to decide if I should wait until I can get a pass again. I think if they had priced the photopass option more than $20, they wouldn't get a lot of people purchasing it.

As it stands, for a one day park hopper, you could be paying $209, plus $25 for parking, plus $20 for the photos. At first they only had a week long photopass option that was priced at $78! And most people who go to DLR are locals, we don't go for longer trips, mostly just one day at a time.

So, anyway, I'll totally spring for the $19.99 option, but much more than that and I don't think they would have gotten too many people springing for it.

I also have to add, that $20 per day does kind of stink. I'll be going 3 days, if I want photos from all 3 days, it's now $60. Disney is going to clean out my bank account this month! Haha!

Changes for covid restriction in Orange County, FL. distancing requirement is now 3ft (down from 6ft) starting today. It's up to Disney and other parks themselves to adjust, which they may not for a little longer, but I suspect the changes will be soon.

When 50% of the population of the county 16+ has been vaccinated, the facial covering mandate will be lifted for all individuals outdoors. Still up to Disney and other parks for themselves, but I suspect it won't be too far behind.

When 70% of the population of the county 16+ has received their first dose of the vaccine and/or Orange County's 14-day rolling positivity rate is 5% or below, all mandates will be lifted.

County government Announcement below, note Disney and the other parks leadership are members of the county task force:
