I was able to get in and modify an existing reservation and book another at the 7 month mark.
I also did not notice anything different but did not explore the site because did not want to keep someone else from getting in as had accomplished what I needed to.

Yes, me too! The modification button was not there an hour ago, I just kept trying and now it is right back where it always was, and I was able to complete my modification and my trip is fully booked for June 2022 and I shouldn't need to mess with the website again!

Finally got in and was able to see my dashboard looking exactly the same as before. Now I just need my new BWV contract to close and get those points.

I do e-commerce for very large companies. A 4 day outage to launch a new platform is unheard of.

Who ever is running Disney IT needs to be fired.

Same here. I work in IT for a large bank and that would be insane if we ever had our site go down for multiple days. Like heads would roll. I can't imagine the possible reason for them having the site down for this long. For a company as large as Disney and all the resources they must have this really is pretty ridiculous.

I just logged in successfully, so it must be that you used up your allowed amount of time for the day.

LOL, I guess I am in the same boat, was working earlier, now just 502 Bad Gateway. I used up my allowed time allotment! At least this kept the site working for others, round robin it is .

Hit F12 to clear the cache for the DVC site. I seem to get that whenever I time out instead of log out.

I just found something interesting. When I go into plan a vacation drop down I now have Aulani as a home resort, but I don’t have any contracts or points in my membership for there

Did you, by any chance, purchase OTU points? If so, they may be from Aulani? I have seen that pre-update anyway.
