Are you staying in one of the new "Resort Studios" at Grand Floridian?

Yes. I'll report back on the room. This is our first stay at Grand Floridian so I can't compare to the original DVC rooms.

Agree. We just flew Frontier because it was the only affordable option.

By the time I do all of the add on stuff, it is about the same. We also have a United card so luggage is free.

Agree. Usually United is only a few bucks more after add-ons and totally worth it. This was a quick down and back with no luggage. We didn't even pick seats!

Yeah. We ended up tacking on an After Hours post-cruise and it was cheaper than flying home on a weekend!

Booked "last minute" Wish cruise with my son for his spring break - he loves the cruises and wanted to go on the Wish. DH and I are booked on the DVC Wish cruise in Sept.
For this cruise in March we picked an inside room due to the prices, never been in an inside before. We will do 2 days at SSR before and 2 days at AKL after (3 park days in there) - we just took what we could get.
Flying Frontier/Spirit - him from St Louis where he is in school and me out of CLE. No luggage - personal item only and we will do laundry at the DVC resorts. Bare bones!!!

We fly out of CVG and the rates have been much better this year. We fly southwest and they brought back straight through for weekends to mco.

Breeze flys out of Akron and my coworker got a really good rate for Orlando this summer. The only problem is the don’t fly there daily.

No. We just added a Poly contract in February. Also, I looked at the chart with the taxes and it completely turned me off any interest in owning there.

Not for us. We also prefer WDW. Added on at BWV last year.

Another no for us. We would not visit the west coast (even though we love Disneyland) enough to make the numbers work. Also the point chart, taxes and parking fees re a negative. Plus I do not like all that IP in the rooms. That is a big turn off for us.

If we do add on it will be more VGF points, Riviera or the new Poly tower.
