We were also on this cruise! Somehow missed these group shots. I'll be on the lookout for some group meet n greets or photo ops on our EBPC in December.
On the EBTA in May, they were listed as Mickey and Friends. They happened often (daily?) and showed up in the app. The line got very, very long (and cut off right at end time) so I would get in line an hour+ in advance and my toddler would join me when we were 3-4 families away. Once, they cut the line off before the official time even started and so many complained to GS that they scheduled some additional opportunities in the week.

Two pictures, one with their camera and one with ours. No greeting, no autograph, no people changing around. Once it started it did move fast.

We did 2 on our cruise - once with the anniversary costumes and once with the nautical attire. People found out the costumes prior, shared it with our whatsapp group, and I prioritized them based on that (and coordinated our outfits).

They were some of my favorites because so few cruises get them. A real treat!

Hi DCL Peeps!

I am an Entertainment CM and have worked in a couple of different positions on a few different ships (and WDW as well). If you have questions and can’t find the answer, please send them my way and I can try and help.
Mags
I've been wondering about the best way to "tip" the Kids Club cast members. We appreciate them and the interactions they have with our son so much! I once heard that since gum is hard to come by on the ship a big variety pack of gum from Costco that could be shared would be appreciated. What are your thoughts? Any ideas? We'll be flying this cruise but on future cruises, we can drive to the port. Any ideas that are airplane luggage friendly as well as wild ideas of things we could load in the car?

You really don’t need to give anything at all! Finding out the names of the Counselors your son loved and writing their names on your comment card is enough.
However small candy is always appreciated! The ya CMs work hard and for long hours. Sugar helps keep up the energy. Gum is good too, but not able to be quickly eaten when on shift

Oh sure, rub it in. I have almost the same view except no ocean, no hammock, no blue sky, no sunshine, and I have hairy legs. Other than that it’s the same.
🤣🤣🤣 you’ll just have to dust off that Disney name tag and come and join me! Don’t worry, soon I’ll be back to just staring at the castle belonging to my favorite princess 🏰

What dust, I wear it around the house every day. My wife is giving me that look.

Seriously though, I’d like nothing better than to turn back the clock and go to costuming to pick up a MK costume,

Are you giving us a hint in that last sentence?

Lol I don’t know if I would get used to not wearing it every day!
😉
