Any summer discount rates for Disney moderates?

We will be at WDW the last week of July or first week of August and was wondering if anyone had heard of any discounts at the moderates during that time? We just got back (March Break) and stayed at the HOJOMGE and it was okay for an impromptu cheap trip, but really missed the convenience of staying on Disney. I'm also considering camping at FW. We checked out the All Stars, but DH thought the rooms were too small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. DH is a golfer so the kids and I have to use the transportation supplied by the hotels to get to the parks. I'd love to stay at DXL again if I could get it cheaper than $149.00.
