I have just made out the very small writing on the poster
"Limited edition pins only available at cash registers"
Didn't you say Jackie you found a 15th Anniversary one at the till, but hadn't seen it anywhere else ?

I shall certainly be keeping my eyes peeled for the Maleficent one now that I know where to look.

Yes I found a LE at the till of Hotel New York. It had been released at the pin event that was held there a couple of weeks before!

We were strolling through a car boot sale on Sunday without much expectation when we came across a few tables with hundreds of pins on them. I asked the guy if he had any DLRP pins but he didn't think so - good job I kept looking as I found a pin from 1992 that isn't listed in Pinpics!

I've also been naughty and got a couple of pins on eBay this week - with a trip to DLRP not happening in the near future I had to keep my collection slightly alive!

This is one I wanted to get when we were there in October but never got round to actually buying it:

This one I got as its just nice to have one from each year, even if we aren't going this year *sob*

I'm also bidding on another 2, I'll report back if I'm successful!

I've had an influx of pins lately and have finally got over 100 pins, I think I've got some more coming in a couple of weeks for my 18th.

The car boot sale was in Hitchin, Herts - to say hundreds was probably not doing it justice - more like a copuple of thousand!

Just came back with 15 new pins. I'm not going to be at DLRP again for a long time so I thought I'd better buy them while I can!! I didn't see any limited edition pins but I did see half price pins at the cash registers.

I feel like ti mgiht be too late for me to jump on the band wagon.

But I might get a couple while at DLRP next month.

Can pins literally be found in every shop or do you need to go to specialist places?

And is it normal to jsut ask cast members to exchange if you ahve one they don't and vice versa?

You can get lanyards with 4 pins, 2 x 2 the same ones so you can trade 2 and keep the other 2. I think they were 19.90 euros or something like that...

The cheapest pins are 6 euros, then there're bigger ones for 8.90, the limited edition pins are around 12-13 euros and you can also get a pack of a few pins (ie Mickey and Friends kind of thing) for 18 euros...

We just buy the ones we like to be honest... I think I'm going to take the doubles next time we go and trade them with CMs... Was too embarassed to ask them to swap but will just go for it this time...

My eBay account has taken a serious hit this evening! In the last few hours I HAVE WON:

A princess lanyard with 4 pins (2xCindy 2xSleeping Beauty)
2 minnie pins from WDW
2 mickey pins from WDW
A 'd' which is like the monorail made from a USA flag
an 'I" like a castle turret
an 'e' dressed like peter pan (now i need n,s and y)
A lovely monsters inc one
A toy story alien
buzz lightyear
a sword in the stone one
a toad one
a fox and the hound one

and a couple others

All for under £25...

gonna get my trading on when i go now!!!!
