Family Gift ideas

My family has decided to start a new Christmas tradition, and I am at a loss. The idea is that each family makes a collaborative gift for the other families. We still celebrate with my aunts and uncles and cousins, so this means we will be making 15 gifts. One of my cousins is compiling family recipes for a cookbook, just to give an idea. Any great ideas? I really want to include my DD5 and DS2.5 when making the gift. 2 of my cousins and I are Creative Memories consultants, so a scrapbook will not be in the running. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

What about a memory pillow? Find old pictures of the family members and have them put onto fabric for the pillow.

How about taking family and heritage pictures and putting together a picture DVD to music?
If you have old family movies you could use those too?

Or, a cookbook that would be a compilation of family favorite recipes.
