Help with the 'Ohana Twilight Feast

We are staying there as well. Do they only bring it to the room? Or if we had a table at the pool or even one if the Cabanas would they set it up there?

You should call and ask them what current policy is.
When we stayed there in late December, the cabanas were a fairly new addition to the bigger pool and we were told we could order room service for the cabana. Prior to arrival we anticipated up to 12 family members one day of our visit and booked a cabana for their visit w/ the idea of ordering and eating the Twilight Feast there. Was told by the CM this would be fine but as things turned out plans changed and we dropped the cabana rental.

They won't allow at pool as they bring glass. They had no problem delivering to the dvc picnic tables though

It would be nice if they switched to the plastic cups so prevalent at the poolside bars and lounges. Hopefully they'll think of the idea especially since the pog juice pitchers are made of acrylic.
