We currently have a Disney Fantasy cruise booked April 2021 - but debating about moving it to a WDW trip instead with all of the uncertainty with cruising. I’d like to book AKL. Is a savanna view room really worth it?

If you are “dawn to dusk” in the parks, maybe not. You can go to public areas to view animals. If you spend relaxation time in your room, then I think it is.

Thank you! We usually take a midday break (not sure what the status of park hopper will be then) and enjoy the pool. So maybe it won’t be worth the extra money. I’m liking the idea of cancelling our cruise more and more though. It’ll end up being a split stay - we have BC booked for earlier (supposed to be pre cruise).

Either choice has pros and cons. We really have enjoyed our savannah views, though!

We might actually get to visit !! After months of not knowing what on Earth was going on with our vacation there’s finally a glimmer of hope. Just need to sort out whether our airline will still be flying the route we need and if we can enter your country and all that entails. Fingers crossed. We got the email for U.K. guests tonight and decided to stick with our reservations and the 35% discount which hopefully will cover our meals and drinks... not sure what the deal will be with the resort mugs though.. at least it’s something more than yesterday.

Y'all wish us luck. Last year we were finally able to score a CL studio for four nights in September. Still shakey about whether this will go through but we're hanging in there. So right now we have Jambo Studio SV view 9/17-9/19 and Studio CL 9/19 - 9/24. (9/17 - 9/24 MickeyT - AKL)
