I have recently been following a "Keto-like" diet, not to lose weight, but to try and help my auto-immune disease. I have been focusing on eating a lot of veggies, some fruit, and healthy fats. I'm staying away from sugar, flour and grains. I have never loved eating meat, but have been doing okay with eating lean meats as well as seafood. Oh, and I'm dairy free .
Can anyone give me any tips? I'm thinking of bringing some hard-boiled eggs (flying, so will have to pack in luggage with cool-packs). Anything else I can pack or have sent? Any go-to restaurants that you've had great luck with? Just looking for some ideas since this is all still pretty new to me, and a bit overwhelming thinking about trying to eat well in Disney!
