My bad! They removed 'amazing' as a separate word, but you can still say it as a form of 'amaze'. It was redundant to have 'amazing' in there separately.

Just because people use the word "ain't" does not necessarily mean they sound stupid.
1. It is in the Merriam Webster, therfore a true word, where gl, gg, wat, etc are not.
2. Generally, when people say "ain't", they do not mean it to sounds like educated grammar. If it ain't broke, dont fix it! or Unh uh, I ain't gunna., etc.

I think people use the word ain't in more of a playful tone than trying to "conjunct" a logical sentence.

Honestly, I think somebody typing "wat are ye asking meh for?" and "i sorry, i not as good at pirates as ye" sounds a lot more uneducated and, "stupid", if you will, than somebody using the word ain't.

I was just looking back at the first post, specifically at the words removed from the dictionary in January of '06, and I'm just wondering why were people EVER allowed to say things like 2t2t and aiui? What do those even mean?!?

"aiui" = "as I understand it"

"2t2t" = ... um, I have no clue! "tutti tutti"? I think the VMK staff had absolutely no idea that people would try to abuse the dictionary so badly.
