September 22, 2012 Fantasy Eastern "From Fantasyland to the Fantasy"

Alan and I landed safely in Florida and we just received some Pixie dust. We were gathering our suitcases from the Limo driver at the WDW Beach Club, when a gentleman came up to us to assist us with the luggage. As they asked us our name, a different cast member came up to us and said " We have been expecting you Mrs. Okuno" the cast member pulled out his cell phone and said to the other person on the line " The Okuno's have arrived, I will be bringing them to the fifth floor" As I walked past the Bell Hop, a gentleman that had been standing off to the side in a suit said to us " Enjoy your stay Mrs. Okuno " So now I am thinking, what's going on? We are now escorted to the fifth floor and they greet us in the same manner and the gentleman who first approached us said "welcome home" and you know, I just about lost it right there. Even being slightly teary eyed at this point I know where we are for we have stayed on the fifth floor several times when i have booked vacations here before. They upgraded us to the concierge desk /club level. We are so humbled and grateful for that bit of Pixie Dust. What a way to start a vacation Hoping all of you have many Pixie dust moment in life as well

As said, I'd rather be stuck on Space Mnt then still at home!!! We got stuck in the Carousel of Progress once for 30 minutes (huge violent thunderstorm came through and they wouldn't let anyone leave until it passed). Listening to that song over and over and over and over actually got to be where it was funny!! Towards the end my BIL would here the music queue and yell out "everyone sing"...It's a great big beautiful tomorrow!!!!! And surprisingly, everyone sang along!!!

Anyway, we were not able to secure a reservation for Fishlips, they have too many large parties booked right now. They said they may be able to accommodate us anyway if I call ahead tomorrow. If they can't get the party all together they may be able to get us in the same section. As of right now we are still planning on being at Fishlips at 7pm tomorrow. If anything changes we will post it here.

We'll miss dinner at 7pm at fishlips. We forgot our passports. So we had to back track a bit and won't get to port until 9 or later according to the gaps. We will still have dinner but we will likely miss you guys. See you tomorrow.

This is a sad day indeed. We are now in Orlando at the airport waiting to check our bags. It was a great vacation and a wonderful cruise. Hope to meet everyone at some point in the near future. Safe travels to each of you. Lois & Janet

We, too, are spending the day airport hopping our way back home. Boo! What a great week on the fantasy! Thanks to All of you for the gifts in the FE... That added so much magic to the trip. I wish I had more forethought to have kept a list of who gave what so I could thank you all individually. Just amazing! It was so much fun to meet all of you at the meet and mixology class... It was great to see familiar faces every once in a while. Jen...will you be sharing the group photo? Hope everyone has safe journeys home and that we may be blessed to see each other again someday!
