Aww love the pics of you guys!! Cute!!

Yeah your prime rib does look very fatty. What a shame!! I had the chicken before, that is good!!

Your desserts looked good!!!

Oh gosh is Bobby afraid of Splash Mountain LOL!!

Love your pics with Donald. I love him dressed like that. So cute.

Seeing the pics of you guys on the boats makes me want to take the boys on them, might have to do that.. man Im going to have to extend our stay if you keep sharing things LOL

I love the vets dressed all nice to lower the flag in MK. I want to try and get E to do this. I think he would love it.

Food porn yummy, sorry it didnt taste as great as it looked!

Aww man 2 more days thats it... guess that means your going to have to start a PT for you 1yr anniversary trip soon LMAO

Is Bobby scared of Splash Mountain?? Robert is!! He went to WDW with his parents before he met me, and they went on Splash Mountain... He squealed like a little girl and then yelped: "No!" before the drop, leading a five year old to point and laugh at him! :lmao:

Bob xoxoxo

Yay!!! I read through your latest update :woohoo:

Your look so happy everytime you see donald! So cute. I love picture that you added the heart too.... after a while i start getting those pictures from DF when hes sick of picture taking!:rotfl2:

I can't wait to hear about the keys to the kingdom tour!popcorn::

We've done the KTTK tour and love it! Wonder what you are going to do for pics since they don't let you take pics. DF ran around the park AFTER the tour and took pics of everything we saw in the parks.

Poor Bobbie...has he ever taken Bonine? I think that is the non-drowsy version of Dramimine...I take it every time we go to the park and have never gotten sick-even on Mission Space Orange Team!!! :thumbsup2 That stuff rocks!

:confused3 That's odd. We were allowed to take all the pictures we wanted as long as we were onstage.

I love that you guys had such a great honeymoon! Beautiful pictures!

Thanks Lulu!!! We had such a great time. We are excited to go back in January this time without the stress of the wedding!

You guys look like you had so much fun. We wanted to do the sea racer things but never got around to it. I have never seen the country bears, maybe I will have to try it out at least once!

I loved the sea racers. We are probably going to do it again if the weather is nice in Jan. You have to go see the country bears! It is a cute show. You at least have to see it once.

I agree another meet is definitely a great idea; it would be wonderful to see both you and Bobby again! Kris and I are possibly going to Orlando in December (to that other park ;) since we got the free Super Bowl tickets and Kris has never been there before) so January might not work, but I'm sure as often as we all go to Disney it will happen some day :mickeyjum

Shame on Bobby for the unfriendly gesture, not a very Disney-like thing to do :upsidedow It looks like the sea raycers were a lot of fun though. I've rented the bikes before, but never the watercrafts. That's too bad that your food wasn't that great at CRT. The desserts looked really yummy though! I know what you mean about expecting things and then getting disappointed. I tried not to mention anything to Kris, so any extras would be surprises.

I think its hard there though because so many people are celebrating special occasions. We lucked out and got the glasses, but it is definitely the luck of the draw. I noticed they aren't doing as much this year with the Celebrations theme it seemed too.

I think it is hard to give away things during this year. There are so many people going there now with celebrations so it would be hard to give all of those people special items or free desserts. It was still fun to walk around hearing all the congrats. People were really sweet. :goodvibes

Yeah the chicken looked really good. I am sure the prime rib is good there, I probably just got a bad piece. It happens. Next time I will get the chicken!

It was a nice ceremony. You should definitely check it out. I thought it was great that they did all that just to take down the flag. That was very nice country pride! I am going to have a PTR!!! I am trying to figure out when I should start it. We have 7 months to go so I didn't want to start it to early. I don't know when those things are usually started. I am kinda new to the whole TR thing. :lmao:

Lovely day.

Thank you!!

It must be the name Robert that make them scared! LOL. I have pictures of him that I can't wait to post. LOL

I love Donald!!! He is my favorite!!! It is so funny how giddy I get when I see him. It is kind of corny but I just love him. Bobby does that happy little hand gesture all the time! He hates getting pictures taken.

I don't remember if you couldn't take pictures. I know you couldn't underground and backstage but I am not sure about anywhere else on the tour. I was so into the tour I didn't take pics but I will describe it the best that I can. It was so much fun! This next trip we take he is going to get some non-drowsy dramamine. The reason we didn't do much is because he would take the regular dramamine and get tired so we had to go back to the room. If he didn't take it at all he would get sick so we are prepared for January!

:confused3 That's odd. We were allowed to take all the pictures we wanted as long as we were onstage.

I can't remember where you could take the pics but I was so into the tour that I didn't take any. :sad2:

Poor Bobby! Dave is afraid of TOT, I guess those boys aren't as tough as they seem lol! Loved seeing your CRT pics, I really want to do dinner there, but I agree with Lynn the prime rib does look a bit fatty... oh well, you have the right additude about it, it happens right! But mmmmm creme brule, I so want one right now lol! I am addicted to that stuff, I try every kind when its on the menu at WDW

LOL I know Bobby would never do TOT either. It scares me a little but it's a fun kind of scared. LOL. The creme brulee there was sooo good. I am dying to get an ADR in January for Le Cellier so I can try the maple creme brulee!

Honeymoon Day 8
February 10, 2009

Ok so this is the day we did the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. This isn't a picture packed update but there are a few funny pictures to post.

So we headed over to City Hall to the touring garden to sign in and place our lunch order. We also were given bottled water, name tags and ear phones so that we could hear our tour guide which I tought was pretty cool.

So we went over to the Roy Disney and Minnie Mouse statue where our guide discussed the statue and some other facts about the Magic Kingdom. I don't want to share to many details of the tour because I don't want to spoil it for anyone that may be taking the tour in the future. I will just skim over some details. We introduced ourselves to the other members of the tour. We gave our names, where we were from and our favorite character which of course was DONALD DUCK!!

We then headed down Main Street where we learned some very interesting facts about the buildings down on Main Street. We sat in the alley way where they usually do the drawings and sillouettes and our tour guide gave us some more Main Street info.

It was pretty cool touring in the morning because we started off in the tour before guests arrived in MK. I had never been to MK for a rope drop so I never knew they blows bubbles around in the hub in the morning which was really cool! I think i will try to wake up earlier next time to make some park rope drops!

We headed over to Adventureland where we took a potty break and then learned some facts about Adventureland. We then headed to the Jungle Cruise for a ride and more interesting facts about the ride. I hadn't been on the Jungle Cruise for a long time so it was interesting. I learned so much about the ride that I would have never imagined.

After that we walked through Adventureland and headed toward Frontierland to go backstage. Here we saw the parade floats and the back parts of the rides. You would be surprised just how close the lands all are in MK from the backstage view. We also learned about Disney's trash and recycling process which was even interesting.

After that we walked through Frontierland into Liberty Square. We learned more interesting info about Frontierland and Liberty Square. The little details around MK are amazing and you probably never even noticed!

We went over to Columbia Harbor House for lunch but they weren't ready for us so we went over to the Haunted Mansion. We went in the back way so we didn't have to wait in line. The entrance lead us right into the room with no doors or windows and we got to pass everyone else in line to get on the cars. It was really cool to be able to go into the back entrance!

Our guide told us to look out for certain hidden elements in the ride including a hidden Donald! I found him but I won't tell where he is!

After the ride we headed over to lunch. I had ordered the chicken strips basket. I think Bobby got the chicken and fish strip combo. We had place cards of where we were supposed to sit. They seated us with other members of the tour so we had a chance to chat with some really nice people. Under our name tags we got a cool surprise. Here are the pictures of the name tag and the surprise we got. It was a key pin that said Keys to the Kingdom. It was really nice. I took these pictures back at the hotel.

Not the greatest pics but you get the idea. This is why I need a new camera!!

So after lunch we went underground! This is the part I was waiting for. It is amazing what goes on down there!!! We watched a little video down there and then it was back up onto Main Street we went. After more Main Street info the tour was done. Sounds brief but it really wasn't. I highly recommend this tour!!!!!!!!!!! It was great!!!!

After the tour we stayed in MK and headed over to Casey's for a hot dog and fries. There were no tables so we ate up on the bleachers. It was cute because ducks kept coming in and trying to see if anyone would feed them but the CM's chased them away. :lmao: I should have taken pics but I was HUNGRY!! LOL. Bobby wanted some ice cream after that so we went for some ice cream and sat down admiring the castle. I really must have been anti-pictures today for some reason.

We then headed over to Splash Mountain.

days91011051.jpg

We had fast passes that we got for touring the DVC that were instant fast passes. We tried to get some for Big Thunder Mountain but the ride was shut down for some reason so we went over to splash mountain and got our instant fast passes and headed on. While we were walking over to the logs Bobby was asking me all sorts of questions about the ride. Like how high is the hill, is there only one hill, etc etc. I was cracking up! I told him to stop being a baby and just get on. Which he did. He was scared though. Here is a pic of him when we first got on.

days91011049.jpg

I was taking pics but he wanted me to stop so he could ask me questions. I forgot about the little hill that comes sort of in the beginning and he freaked out over that. LOL.

So here are some pics I took during our happy little ride.

days91011055.jpg

We went up the hill to the part that kind of flattens out. You know this part.
days91011052.jpg

While we were going up the hill Bobby kept saying is this it? Is this the hill? I said yes. LOL. It wasn't and he got mad at me. :lmao: Each time we went up I said Oh this is it Bobby! Brace yourself!! LOL never was it. So when it was actually time I don't know if he believed me but I said really Bobby this is it. Here is a pic of him going up the hill.

days91011050.jpg

He screamed down the hill like a little girl and I loved it!! :lmao::lmao::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl::rotfl:

That was the best. After that we did some more rides and went back to the room for dinner. We just did the food court again instead of going to our reservatino at the Living Seas. We were very tired. I hated that about this trip but I guess weddings do that to you. So ends day 8 of our honeymoon.

Only one full day left before we go home. :sad1:

Up next Honeymoon Day 9!

on no it can't end!!!! Go back right now Toni! How cool was the tour! I really want to do it on our honeymoon too! And instant fast passes huh? Lucky!

Thats so cool about the tour. I would love to do that one day, sans kids. The going underground I think would be so neat!

Aww man only 1 more day.. NOOOOOOOOOOO

I now officially must go on the keys to the kingdom tour - wicked!! :thumbsup2

Rob and I didn't get on Splash when we were there, I can't wait to be down there for the HM because I know exactly how I'll go on it with him - LOL. He's never been on it. :rotfl:(insert evil laughter here)

Did you get the picture of you two when you got off SM?
