Typhon impact?

Anyone heard if the latest Typhon is having an impact yet?

I'm in Japan not far from Tokyo and everything seems OK...just some nasty wind and rain. So my guess would be no impact. I was here in April and went to the main park, Disney Sea still closed so I'm debating going to check it out.
