We are finally home

We had a great week but boy did it ever go by quickly it felt like we had just gotten there and we were packing up to leave. From now on it is 2 weeks only and possibly 3 weeks. We stayed in a 1 bedroom at OKW we had booked a studio but they gave us a 1 bedroom at check in we had room 6414. We even had our own family of ducks and bunnies that would come to the balcony every morning and the kids would feed them lettuce and bread. The pool was always quite busy especially with the new slide and what a great upgrade that was to the pool. It was nice to actually see families using the pool rather than the ghost town it used to look like. SSR was amazing the pool is awesome the kids loved it can't wait to stay there next Dec before and after the cruise. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

WOW! A rare upgrade. I assume you were staying on points. If so, did they give you a reason for needing to upgrade you? Glad you are home safely.

The room we were to get was closed for a repair of some nature that was all we were told. We did stay on points so to get a 1 bedroom that should have been 100 points for the points of a studio was a very nice suprise. They came in during the week to fulfill a workorder of re caulking the shower in the room mind you we were headed to Blizzard Beach so it really didn't matter to us about the 4 hour wait time to use the shower.

Just wanted to add we stopped in to see our guide and we asked her if we could purchase the lithos for the other resorts she went to see if they had any. We got a second SSR we recieved one for HHI VB WL and she just gave them to me along with 6 SSR pins fort he kids 2 each one to keep one to trade. We love our guide she is the best.

It was a great trip other than the oppressive heat and the fact it was far to short only being a week.
