It’s kind of funny. Those are almost EXACTLY the paces you gave me at the start of Princess. I ended up being able to increase them after a MM, but it’s cool to see I haven’t had that much of a loss of fitness.
I’m just mad at myself because I wish I would have continued some sort of firm training even though I didn’t have any races. My fitness could have improved so much. Oh well. Nothing I can do but continue now.
I’m going to slow down a bit on today’s run (just 25 minutes again) and see how it feels.
If October 15 is my last day of c25k and I do the MM after that, would Oct 25 make sense to plan to jump into the more “introductory plan?” Obviously assuming your availability and time to work on it
