Okay.. Today I was much better!
Breakfast: Granola Bar
Lunch: Bologna, tomato, + lettuce on whole wheat wrap
Snack: Two oreo's
Dinner: Beef+Vegetable Soup at Hand
Explain this to me... I went to bed, didn't eat anything, woke up, and I was 4 pounds heavier...?? Oh well, i'll keep trying - back to the cardio !
