You know what'd be kinda fun?

A dinner for two in the front or rear cab of an operating monorail. The logic of this is most likely flawed but I think it could be fun. Maybe put some velcro under your glass of wine, dinner plate, chicken breast, etc.

It could be feesible at Disneyland as their monorail only goes in one direction so the "back" is just for show and does not have any controls. They could set something like that up. At WDW they go in both directions, so there are working controls in both areas. Would make it more difficult to work out.

But I think it is a cool idea
