I'd really prefer something that can be worn in the water. The bracelet idea appeals to me. Even if the bracelets are too big for the kids' wrists (as our CC ones were), they will be more than happy to put them on an ankle.

There are kid's sizes offered.

We have a WDW trip planned for June and since we have Annuals this year, we might do a short weekend trip for either MNSSHP or MVMCP. Other than that, our only other vacations would be visits to the family cabin in Northern Wisconsin. It has been in the family nearly 100 years and we always spend some time there in the summer. (No heat, so it gets closed up for the winter.) It is about a 6 hour drive so we can do it for long weekends fairly easily.

Ahhh....the old take the computer away from the kid punishment. DS's is gone until Saturday.

Eldest daughter no computer or tv until Friday. (this was for not wearing her glasses all last week at school. I now have to get a report from the teachers every Friday and last week's wasn't a good report)

With this cruise a distant 18 months away, what are some of your other vacation plans?

Other vacation plans are being cancelled so that we can go on this cruise.

Yes, she does have a computer in her room, and come to think of it, I took it away from her last week for 5 days for getting mouthy with her mother, she must be getting me back for being punished.

LOL! So that is what I have to look forward to!

We're going on a 10 day cruise to Alaska this summer on the Dawn Princess. With all my focus on this cruise I sometimes almost forget!! We are very excited, but I sure wish I could round up a fun group like we have here. I have posted it on the Cruise Critic Meets thread twice and still no responses! Anyone here want to go to Alaska with us?

It is! The only tough part of deciding to do this cruise is that we won't have much other vacation time in 2008 to use for the cabin. We'll have a few days and we'll just have to try and use them along with holidays that year to extend our time a little. We're right on a lake (closer than you could build today) and we sleep outside on a huge screened in porch. Its wonderful and I'm really missing it right now with our 5" of new snow and below zero weather here!!!

Yeah, I give up. No sense being a darned fool about it.

It is actually 550 wide by 200 high. It is written in the guidelines. I will correct the first post so that it isn't confusing. Sorry!

I am easily confused, so it isn't really the fault of the first post.

I did go back and check the guidelines (or are they not really rules?) and deleted the pic until I feel like changing it.

I'm in the same boat with you Lisa. DW says we are not doing the Western this October and will funel those resources to the Repo cruise.

I mentioned a few pages back (who am I kidding, it was probably 100 or so) that we are looking at going to CA sometime to take DS to Legoland, Disneyland and the SD Zoo.

That would be the only trip we have planned before the Repo.

I'll be watching Idol, studying and DISing at the same time - it's the only way I can keep up.

AI, DISing, and dealing with DD since DS is already in bed.

We're planning on doing a cruise this June on a different line. It's a 7 night that goes to Belize, Grand Cayman, Costa Maya and Cozumel. I'm only going just to prove to DH that as wonderful as a suite on this 'other' line might be, it still won't be DCL. Afterwards DD and I plan on spending a week with my DB who is a CM for the Mouse!

I highly recommend contacting David & Ivan in Costa Maya for a tour of the ruins. We highly enjoyed the tour and would like to go back some day.

Hey, if Ntwine is still on the ship, let's do that in RNBD...we would at least sound better than them.
