He got an electrical engineering job with Raytheon. Coincidentally, this company is designing a ride simulator for Disney to be placed in Epcot. Not sure if he will have anything at all to do with this, but I'm thinking I should do a research trip for him anyway.

Just back from a hectic trip to Troy, NY - graduation on Saturday AM, Army commissioning on Saturday Aft, pack up to come home Saturday Night. Jon has just informed us he will be starting his job in MA on 26 May AND HE NEEDS A PLACE TO LIVE BY THEN. So, it's off to MA tomorrow to apartment hunt. Good thing I have Mondays off.

Yeah, and since he doesn't start working for a week, he has no money - so he needs mom and dad to tag along with the check book for deposits and first month's rent.

The great thing about parents,,NO MATTER WHAT, they can ALWAYS count on mom and dad to be there in times of need, reguardless of the need. :thumbsup2

Life's kind of tough when you're almost 12, and you have a friend over to play in the pool and spend the night, and your little brother thinks she's cute. :lovestruc
 
DD 12 year old Softball team came in 3rd place at their State championships this past weekend. A little disappointing considering we were the 2008 State Champs.

However, My DD got MVP in the second game. We were loosing 3-4 it was the last inning, DD sent one flying out to center field, bring in 3 runs!!!!!
Her team won 7-4!!!!:cheer2:

We are leaving this Friday for DS 10 year old Baseball State Tournament.
Fingers crossed they do well.

As an umpire, my favorite age is the 10 year-olds. More noise and enthusiasm than any other age group, both on the field and from the parents.
