Corinna, Brent said that he was supposed to be on cruise helping Clayton (Hollywood for those old DISboarders) as he's scheduled to be the CD. Not sure if those plans were still viable but that's what he told another DIS friend of mine. Also, there was a rampid rumor Brent was supposed to go on land, he isn't permanently, just for some training then he'll help Clayton with the first couple of Cruises. BTW, y'all know he's married now right?

As for the Cpt, can't help but WONDER (pun intended) that with the visual of Cpt Anderson on the TA, if he won't be out here? Interesting now isn't that? Can't wait to find out.

I asked him and he said it would definatly be Christiaan, brent not going on dry land and his wife says she is going on the dream. I heard all that from the horses mouths last week.

It is supposed to by Christian and Clayton. That info came directly from Clayton today. Of course anything can change.

We keep saying we are going to spend time in the comfy chairs on Deck 4, but so far all we have done is look at them as we use the jogging track. Is it hard to find two chairs together in the afternoon or early evening? I know they are pretty much empty late at night, because we have been out on deck 4 playing shuffleboard and not seen another person the whole time. We will be on the lookout for you.

I thought you were talking about during sailaway. I have been there during that. One place I for sure will not be is at the the sailaway. I will either be at the cove or in one of those chairs.

Since the sailaway is outside, the crowds are fine. If it rains and the sailaway gets moved to the Promenade lounge area, no way, we will be right there with you on Deck 4 sitting in the chairs.

I know the 7 nights the dining rooms just rotate. e.g. PLAPLAP - has it been a similar thing on previous PC cruises? (So it would be PLAPLAPLAPLAPLA sounds funny if you say it out loud)

They are big and thick but not luxurious, I went n most mornings post gym for a quick shower.

Thats disappointing! Can I ask where was it stamped from then, the US or some other random place? The whole allure of having it as a souvenir is the postmark- I would hate if it didnt say Panama on it...by the way the coolest postmark I have is from Oatman, Arizona which is a little town along Route 66 that you get to after a winding, twisty turning trip over the best stretch of '66 in my opinion. It is a wild west town, and they have a band of burros (similar to donkeys) that come through town daily that you can feed, it is really fun. So anyway the postmark for Oatman has the burro on it which I think is pretty cool.

Although not a postal stamp, I got the neatest stamp on my passport last August. DH and I did an ABD to Peru and in Machu Pichu they stamped my passport. Its my proudest stamp to date. (Been wanting to go there since I was 8)

The floating box - did anyone else see the Naked Man on the Norweigian - deck 5? Yeah, close the curtains.

Lynne, the photos are fantastic, thanks for the memories! Someone on another forum called the Norwegian Epic a floating brick!!!! I do think we looked amazing next to it. Loved the horn battle too and we all knew who won!!!

Yeah, the best part was when their own passengers hooted and hollered after the blaring.

Not the PC cruise, but on the TA we just got off the rotations were straightforward as you quoted. Times were 6pm and 8.30pm.
